Although his views on heavy in gambit prime come from him getting caught out by invaders that he doesn't know how to stop.

1 Rispondiit is PVE game. I have no idea why people keep making the same whine/complaints year in and year out. Since D1 over and over. Somehow beliving something is going to change? this is PVE farming simulator game. Bungie is not going to fix the PVP because it's not their focus, they focus on PVE. They can make changes but probably will never get it right because the game is dynamic and focused on PVE, and when the PVE side changes the PVP goes to crap as it is not getting attention because it's not the main focus.

I can already predict what he’s gonna say. Overall pvp in my opinion is not that bad, except for blah blah blah. Well is too much of a necessary super in every activity and restricts variety in most if not all pve activites

1 RispondiWarlock main here, bungie needs to rework well to make it something different. I'm getting sick and tired of having to run lunafaction and well, and if I don't people will just leave my team and say I'm throwing the raid. I agree with everything datto said. Imo d1 had a great balance of power fantasy and challenge. If we are getting d3 next year, that would be a great time to change this up but I'd rather have it sooner.

Some truth? Everything he said was actually spot on, I have nothing to argue there, he has the same exact issues I have with this game. Pve and pvp needs to be looked at. I don’t even watch the guy but I’ve heard his name, I saw the video and yeah he’s right about everything.

Not like a nerf is going to change encounter design, it would be the same crappy reasoning that "killed" Whisper. Then they don't do anything different that makes you think, "ah yeah, this would have made this too broken, the nerf was justified" You want people to stop abusing auto reloads and super healing easy solution for you: [i][b]STOP MAKING EVERYONE HUDDLE UP[/b][/i]

When even the content creators are upset because theyre tired of the stomp or be stomped meta, especially when theyre 90% on the stompimg side you know pvp is entirely broken

Datto said it perfectly. Well does need to be nerfed, and PvP needs major adjustments. Let’s see if anyone at Bungie actually watches the video and does something about it.

DPS phases need to be completely removed and instead the entire fight we should be juggling between doing DPS, mechanics, and add control... which would require constant movement with a boss that has a large amount of health. Add in phase changes where the game restocks our ammo as the boss changes forms to accompany the new mechanics. You know... like an actual raid boss? Making with so much movement you lock out the ablility to stand still and DPS with well and instead have to do what DPS you can as stuff is happening. PvP he is absolutely right about mountaintop/recluse spam combo. Its extremely toxic to play against as players are just hoping around hoping to get an easy 150 damage with mountop before instant swapping to recluse so they can get recluse MoA and go balistic on the enemy team. Its a very... oppressive loadout. Heavy... yeah I gotta admit heavy comes up way too often and the super spam is just at the point it needs to be severly reigned in. Say what you will about D1 PvP but it flowed better than this hot mess. When he talks about LMGs in Gambit he is 100% correct on PC. You get sniped immediately by LMGs on PC... to the point you have to spawn kill the invader else he will easily mg your entire team down from accross the map. Im not exaggerating.

3 RisposteTL;DR. Datto complains about PvP. Even though he isn't a PvP player, he talks as if he's speaking for every PvP player out there. Pretentious. He also complains about PvE. Well of Radiance broke the game and needs a nerf along with Rally Barricade and Luna Faction Boots. But the question is, do you really take someone seriously if they like to play dress up as 2B, fake boobs and all?
