I think you need your over priced lawyers to reread and rewrite your policies. Its contradictory in its terms. You cannot try and force a non liable contract wherein another was set and agreed to. I do not and will not accept your new terms and services because i already own the game. Your online enforcement agreement is invalid and i will not succumb to any forced contract . If you wish to refund my entire purchase then id be more than happy to erase this flawed product. Furthermore id love to use my retained lawyer to sue the -blam!- out of your company for fraudulent practices.

I myself don’t usually take notice of these things due to the fact that I have problems with reading but if bungie is trying to take advantage of people like myself then they better think twice about it because laws in australia dealing with people with disabilities are taking serious. & if they want a Multi million dollar lawsuit then that’s what they will get

You don't own the game. You own Access to the game. If bungie ever decides to shut down the severs. You can't access anything Destiny.
-
Update: He accepted the terms lol.

You know making a post like this then playing an hour ago kinda contradicts itself, you buckled my friend.
-
So you can afford having a lawyer on retainer but you are freaking out about chump change? LOL!!!!!!!

2 RisposteYou need to reread the ToS. You aren't actually purchasing the Destiny content. You are simply paying to have access to it. The content is technically free, and you are buying access, the ability to download it and play it. So you can't sue them, or ask for a refund, if you even played a second of it. And the ToS, explains exactly that. So after you downloaded it, or uploaded it from a disc, it gave you the option to either accept or decline the ToS. I'm guessing you accepted it. And the moment you did, you agreed to everything listed, whether you actually read it or not.

11 Rispostewhy would i buy shadowkeep with destiny 2 base game when i already own the base and unable to buy shadowkeep it makes no logical sense to pay for the base game all over? who in their right mind would??? after most of the players that pre-ordered are going to get screwed over by new players that get the base and the first 2 dlc's for nothing!!!!! this is a outrage n a slap in the face to d2 years 1 players!!! don't even get me started on the so called new content b.s its utter crap creating "new content is hard" reskinning the other content and bringing backing d1 exotics that were ment to be gone for good!!! thoughts for food people!!!

2 Risposte
I do not and will not accept your new terms and services
Says the kid who accepted the terms & conditions today! Practice what you preach kiddo.

Upvoted You've got this! Go get 'em tiger! Give 'em Hell! I'd love to see where this goes :p

9 Risposteyou might want to speak to your attorney as changes like this are common from everything from games to credit cards, and the right to change said agreement was in the previous agreement that you agreed to.
-
3 RisposteKeep us updated. I’d love to know how this goes

1 Rispondi[You're out of your depth.] 🤭

10 RisposteLol sure get your lawyer
-
8 RisposteI would love to know what firm would even attempt to look at your case, let alone actually file. What damages are you claiming that have happened to you in the last 6 hours? Your brother does not count as a retained lawyer. Just relax and play the game.

Well it states quite clearly you are “borrowing” rather than “owning it” as much as I hate to say.

Modificato da CrashnBurn888: 7/25/2019 11:13:18 PMi agree with u waterdeep the utter bull we have to put with. most of so called "new content" is old n reskinned crap from destiny 1. "new content is too hard to make" -blam!- off its too hard

8 RisposteYou don’t own the game you own a license to play the game. When to ToS of that license change you have to accept the new changes or forfeit your license.
