Doesn’t matter. Bungie doesn’t have to determine if you were using it on the game or not. Since most cheats mask their identity anyways since it was running in your task manager next to destiny they have the right to scan for that in their cheat detection. It’s like when someone has cheat engine running for a browser game but was banned in destiny. Doesn’t matter the program was running actively in the background.
