This community has lost faith in Bungie,if they had any news about buffs they should have it out in the open now, the fact that they stay silent tells me any buffs that are planned are probably only small buffs nothing to get excited about. Damage control should be kicking in ,ur player base is dropping daily and yet not a word from Bungie to try and calm things down. This is why I don't believe they have anything in the way of buffs ,at least nothing of real interest to the players, they will all be minor They killed the hype long before it got a chance to kick in

Wow. Just....wow. Your inability to address your customer's current concerns has reached legendary status. Many were waiting for the twab this week, eager to listen to your side of this "conversation". At this point I don't care if the nerfs turn out to be no big deal, and just got overblown by the community. Bungie not even attempting to address it in the twab is as bad as the actual nerfs. Oh, and no one really cares about world's first. Devoting so much of the twab to that just further alienates the average Destiny player.

Maybe they're trying The Harkonnen Stratagem. They'll intentionally make D2 worse and more infuriating over time so that when D3 arrives, dripping with mediocrity and stuffed with half-baked "vision", the fanboys will screech that the Golden Savior has come to deliver them and everyone else from the evil of D2.

I find it strange that Bungie thinks their EV armor is so great. Currently every single piece EV armor I get I instantly break down into Bright Dust. Why? It’s not because I think it is ugly. In fact some of it I think would look great on my hunter. However, invariably the perks are not as good as the armor I already have and I do not have room in my vault for 5 pieces to make just a show set. Not to mention that at the very least it is going to cost me 10 enhancement cores just to infuse 5 good armor pieces I already have just to be able to use it. This means that I loose the armor perks I have been curating into specific sets; which give me advantages when playing with certain weapon load outs. In addition I will then also need to spend a minimum of 10 more cores EVERY SEASON to keep its power level up at a usable level. It’s nice to have my hunter looking good but not at a cost where I loose my advantages. Here is an idea that is a reasonable compromise. Why not sell “blank” armor in EV. This armor will have NO power level, NO weapons perks and NO elemental type of resistance. At least not until it is infused with another piece of armor. When it is initially infused though, for ZERO Enhancement Cores, Zero shards, Zero Glimmer; it then takes on ALL of the attributes, power level, perks and elemental resistance of the armor that was initially infused into it. Think of it as just painting over the armor frame that was initially there. Once the armor has a power level and other perks you can then use that as a flag to enable the standard infusion costs for the armor (which should [b]NOT[/b] include enhancement cores). Doing this actually lives up to your claim that you do not want EV items to affect game play, which is the reason why the current armor starts at 10 power level. By replacing the old armor with new EV armor which has the exact same capabilities as the one infused into it (for no initial cost) you eliminate any real changes to the game by the use of the EV armor. Now I understand this may not be possible in D2 due to current routines and the current structure of armor objects in the game. However if my nightmares come true with Tess or Fenchurch showing up in D3, then I hope you seriously consider adding this type capability to the new armor objects in D3. Otherwise many of us may still see the disadvantages to using EV gear.

Crown of Sorrow sounds like an internal Bungie reward for the developer that puts forth the ideas most harmful to players.

Get -blam!-ed you muppet. literally hundreds of issues that need discussing (nerfs, bloom and recoil on console, enhancement cores, no new PvP maps or new strikes for 3 seasons etc...) and you choose to talk about eververse??? No one gives a flying -blam!- about eververse! It’s literally like you’re trying to drive people away from this game
