If you cant use precision weapon don’t use a sniper. There are plenty of other dps options.
Yes flinch is bad, but find spots to not be in the line of fire of ads? Take cover? Shoot the thing shooting you?? If your being shot you can pace your shots to shoot in between flinch.
And yes whisper is bugged, but the bug is very infrequent. Maybe 1/50 whisper procs of 3 shots does it not work.
Eventually you will run out of heavy, just like every other heavy in the game.
And I used whisper in both heroic and non zero hour in the boss room, and I did fine. You have lots of ads shooting you, scarce ammo, and a boss who moves a lot. But it’s doable. Pace your shots around cover and ammo isn’t an issue.

Modificato da Lost and Alone: 5/14/2019 6:08:12 PMSorry but that’s BS, the bug frequency hits me 1/3. Out of 9 rounds the perk will only activate once. So will only get 12 rounds in total. I can hit every precision shot on all 12 and still run out of rounds. Either fix the bug or reinstate the first ammo quantity we had.

Quite a few people complain of the perk not activating for them for quite a significant portion of the time. I think one dude even posted a vid on YouTube showing the exact same thing, go watch it.

I know of the bug. I’ve had it happen to me. Just nowhere as frequently as you describe. So either I have godly rng when it comes to the bug, or you have terrible rng, or your shots jut arnt fast enough to register if your hitting all crits. That’s all it can be. Also I am all for fixing the bug. 110%. It needs to go. And I would love more ammo. But I don’t need it

Darcy is better white nail is bugged and bungie chose to nerf whisper which no one complained about rather than spectral blades that week. Pretty crappy when i can hit all crits on scourge boss and be out of ammo with all adds dead point blank all yellow numbers. How do you explain that wookie?
