I got my lunas 2 weeks before revelry and I helped my buddy get his last weekend. So I know what comp is like right now. But at the end of the day if it’s in the game you can use it. The same reasoning behind why you can bring recluse lunas and not forgotten into QP is the same reason why people are gonna spam nades now. If it’s there use it to win. Besides if someone only got lunas because they spammed nades and you got your NF through the grind what’s the issue you’ll go back to winning gun fights without nades in a couple weeks.

If a player is complaining about the grind and how hard they struggled nobody cares it was their choice. Only bad players where LH and NF perk is a crutch are complaining. If you think it isn't a crutch for you, you would be able to kill players with anything and not care. I'm very interested to try and play as much PvP as I used to now that people have to actually "git gud".

8 RisposteThen we get accused of using the crutch weapons, then the comp players moan here about said crutch weapons and then bungie nerfs said crutch weapons.....
-
6 RisposteI used the jotun to carry me to my recluse and luna... because like you said if it's in the game -blam!-ing use it

I think pre nerfed telesto was where it was besto. Got mine with telesto plays.

FOR THE WUMBO!!!

The only dirty fight is the one you lose.

4 RisposteI had no choice but to get it during Revelry as my home connection gets me restricted when I play on it. So when I went out of town for Easter I went from 1200 to 2050 in one day. IMO comp isn't nearly as broken when it comes to the grenade buffs as Quickplay. I honestly hope they don't put Revelry buffs in either mode next year.

1 RispondiOn PS4 I used West of Sunfall 7, trust, TLW, dust rock, wishbringer to get my Luna’s. Took a challenge of someone saying it’s easier on PS4 and harder on PC to get to 2100, so I bought Forsaken on PC, and just got 2200 Glory earlier, solo queued in 3 days. I used Inaugural adress, which I still had from the early D2Y1 raid days, and got lucky with a clan engram that dropped a near god roll toil and trouble shotty. It’s not true Meta weaponry but it wrecks, it’s not hard, just improve. If you don’t find yourself winning matches, just practice.

Farm or get farmed?!

No one cares lol.

That’s just it right; use whatever it takes to win. I’m not a fan of running the meta in comp but I do so I know I’ll get a better shot at winning knowing the other team is doing the same. Now in QP you can run fun load outs with zero drawbacks. Now with the tonic buff the same rules apply. Unfortunately people that are horrible and have no business being at a high glory are able to climb the ranks. These individuals are painful to deal with but if you close the gap it’s an easy win since they have ZERO gun skill... and I mean it.

Exactly! This week is a great time to go for pinnacle crucible weapons as iron banner is an option and spamming abilities definitely makes it easier.
