Well, it only two taps if you run 0 resilience which equals to 186 health. But that can be changed if you run one eyed mask or pop empowering rift. Other than that, it functions as normal. Shot guns and pulse rifles are better.

You play on pc it’s one of the best hcs on pc. Anyway 140s are more skillful than 180s, so don’t know what you are on about.

140s in general are amazing on pc compared to ps4, I would definitely argue they are better than 180s.
