Is “The Vow” Any Good? (Crimson Bow)

Edit: I got it and played a few matches with it. I generally like it... had some success pairing it with a shotgun.

I love it, but I’m a bow fan in general. If they ever get a buff it won’t ever leave my inventory. If I had gotten it last month I would have loved the power increase, but alas I hit 650 last week
