“Oh look a number and another same number, totally the intention” it’s called coincidence, the perk wasn’t designed to honor Cayde. It’s the gun and quest that was made to honor him.

Nah it's his damn gun it's designed as his gun and that was apparent. It was a nice little detail for the people with some sentiment in their hearts.
-
Cayde has 5 letters in his name, 5 bullets, there you go they’re commemorating Cayde with that.
-
Why is the perk called momento mori then? It depicts an Ace being damaged and is a reminder to Caydes enemies that they will die.
-
Yes, cause that’s what Memento Mori means, a warning of death. But the number doesn’t mean anything, it’s just the amount of bullets the perk gives.
-
It was 6 because it was Cayde 6's gun. Why the f*** would Bungie NOT reference it's former wielder. They could have started at 5 to begin with and probably knew 6 was too much but wanted to have the weapon launch in that state while Caydes death was fresh in players minds and then rolled it back. I literally don't know how else to explain it to you but anyone with half a brain can see why Cayde 6's gun...LOADED 6 rounds. It's not even up for debate.
-
No, the perk is isn’t mean to commemorate Cayde, because it may have to be changed in the future, so they wouldn’t do it through the perk. And just because it’s 6 only means it’s a coincidence, and if it was to commemorate Cayde, they wouldn’t have changed it at all. The gun itself is the commemoration, not the perk. Besides, as I’ve said, Cayde has 5 letter in his name, 5 bullets, there you go, not up for debate anymore.
-
Headache achieved. Alright bro, I concede.
-
Yep, cause if it was to commemorate Cayde they would't have changed it.
