So... huge wasted potential on exotic bow.
What if there was a bow that shot flaming arrows, that actually lit the targets on fire for DOT.
Edit: it'd be a special weapon, so having it be a one shot headshot (headshot damage + DOT burn) in crucible makes it no different from a sniper rifle.

Most obscure out of place rediculously dumb weapon to put into a game like this I have ever seen. Might as well put light sabres and hand held rail guns into every realistic zombie game now. Or let's make a raid boss in the next expansion use a bow. Lol. Making bows a weapon in this game is totally obsurd, dumb, unrealistic, out of place and above all 3rd wall braking. Its almost as stupid as using light speed to ram a ship into another ship in Star Wars after an entire movie of trying to run away in space. Having bows in this game literally is like having a npc walk up to the screen and tap on it. I bet Bungie had this idea before and had to force themselves not to put it into the game and instead settled for bows. Edit: bored with everyone's cliche comments so done trying to respond to everyone. It requires a lot of willpower to say the same thing over and over in response to idiots in different ways every time. BOWS ARE A DUMB ADDITION TO THIS GAME. Fact! If you like them you have horrible taste. Fact. Go play something like god of war or assassins creed where a bow actually makes sense. Otherwise your opinion is moot. Fact. That would be interesting but Blade Barrage's tree could take such a big advantage of that have dodges for days and days and years to come.

6 RisposteI think it'd be cool to make a Greatbow class for exotics. Long draw animation, requires stationary position, but does a massive amount of damage. The regular legendary bows are great enough that no silly novelty perk thet could come up would do much to make it better than them.
