Bows are the greatest thing to ever happen to crucible.
If you haven't gotten the chance to take that bow you get from the story into PvP, I highly recommend doing it. I haven't had this much fun in crucible since ever. Just imagine a faster draw time :o

Pair it with a hand cannon. Crimson and Subtle Calamity. Get precision shot, switch to HC, fire a few shots. Reap kill.

2 RisposteBows are unbalanced right now. They need to make them shoot faster n do less damage. Idk if everyone is using special bows. Cause every bow I've been hit by makes me one shot from one arrow and it's stupid to have one guy just tagging ppl with arrows all game n having his teamates clean up or playing clean up on any damaged guardians cause the bow does so much damage

In straight up 1v1 situations its not all that good unless you get tricky with it. But the high burst damage and fun to use factor make it real popular and has formed this laning trend where 3 or 4 members on a teamspam down lanes with bows making them instakill zones. Only way to deal with them is to flank. Or pop golden gun and run down the lane getting quads because they all line up like a shooting gallery down a tunnel

The new bows are nice change how ever I would liked to see them take a little bit of skill to use such as travel time and parabolic arc. Because now there just a scout/hand cannon hybrid

It might be a good idea to have an AR or a trace rifle with it. Main premise of this is to hit the target at the longest midrange you could get then imediatly switch to the AR or trace rifle to finish them off.

3 RisposteThe last time I picked up a real world bow with a 70lbs draw weight, I could barely budge the string a few inches. I have no idea how anyone not build like Brutus Beefcakes can even use them lol. :D

It’s a headshot machine. It should be in the damn heavy slot. By far the best weapon I have picked up. ***Edit- Why do people assume that I want something nerfed..... My comment was solely an observation of how good the weapon is in PVE. It’s giving props to Bungie for making such a smooth feeling bow (ranged and in CQC) that is actually equal to OR on par with its counterparts (HCs, snipers, scouts, etc.). There is no reload required really to top it off. Why don’t you enjoy the game rather than worry about what someone is saying. Lmao.

2 RisposteFaster draw time is awesome but it only activates on precision kills. I have it on my energy bow which I got from Banshee before starting the campaign and getting the bow from Petra.
