According to current logic being applied to D2 yeah. For the uninitiated the logic is as follows "it's how the game should have been to begin with". So yeah with that logic it was, but all in all it gave the game new things to go get. People particularly wanted elemental primaries. Ornaments were great to, and saying challenge modes aren't content is debatable. Though it certainly made you experience the game in a different way which isn't at all a bad thing. It's like how people had to get the recon armor in halo by doing something in ODST or whatever. I never did it I just sorta know about what the challenge was. Oh and of course Crota's End got a bit of a rework, and a welcome one. So that was actually content. So what am I saying? People are dumb is all.
