How to fix destiny 2
Make the next expansion called "the awakening", basically the guardians wakes fromthe nightmare of events that happened in d2. Then guardian goes and hugs all his gear and smiles and picks up were d1 left off.. The real adventure continues...

2 RisposteI think there should also be some new emotes for us to relive the nightmare, so we are all reminded of what could have been if we stayed asleep... 1 = An emote that flips the bird as a big FU we got from bugnie 2 = An emote that resembles giving a good rim job to bungie from all of season pass holders 3 = An emote where you pull out your pockets and moths fly out with a washed out image of Tess smiling in the background 4 = An emote where our guardian grabs a controller and starts playing but falls asleep on the ground Just a few ideas I had?

2 RisposteOur Ghost reboots and sees our Guardian is taking a shower. Ghost turn and sees The Tower is the same as D1, all our gear is back in our vault! Our weapon system is back to normal! D2 was just our Ghosts electric nightmare! Everything’s back! We’re all so happy! Oh the relief.... Then the Traveller is attacked by a random overweight Fallen Kell who wants the Light for himself! Oh No! .... Ghost rolls it’s lens and says “Feck this” and self destructs.

And just a thought, since there are no goals to work toward in d2, why not just let play d1? Yesterday I plugged d1 back in. I barely got to play RoI myself, so I have a lot to do. I don’t know if I’m playing d2 again until it’s un-****ed. If everyone who hates the state of d2 would just put it down and play something else, it would speak louder than any amount of forum posts at this point (we’ve already made our points there; bungie understands what we want now). Now it’s time to drive the point home.

Then have the sandbox lead step down and find a lead that can handle this game. 1 RispondiIt would be quicker and less resource and labor intensive to "reboot" Destiny 1 and burn the experiment called Destiny 2 on a funeral pyre.

Love this idea!!!! I actually snuck onto d1 the other day. I had the same thought. I’ve been hopeful for d2 getting better but after reminding myself of what d1 felt like to play...... I’m sorry but d2 is pure crap. There’s basically no hope. Hey hindsight is 20/20, bungie took a huge risk with d2 and it failed. I say let it burn and focus all the energy and resources on giving us a game that starts where d1 left off and just gives us new enemies, weapons/armor, and places to go.

This is a great idea. Retcon the entire stupid sequel. Retcon every single change to progression. Retcon every change to weapons and gear. Also, either fire Luke Smith so that something like this never happens again (this would restore a whole lot of trust in Bungie) or put him in a non-leadership role, permanently. He really isn't good at his job, Bungie needs to make some tough decisions to restore trust.

The sad part is they have an easy fix with the infinite forest. "Osiris has given you the car keys to the infinite forest, go back in time and get your gear before Gary went caballs deep on you". You could remaster raids, strikes, etc etc. But, Bungie just does not have the technology to do things like that I guess.

It will be fantastic.Trash D2 garbage like nightmare and play D1 with new tons of adventures , exotic hidden quests, true raids, not this Ps2 platformer like trash. Powers, guns that kill, ....... Bungo only have some minor tweaks and a bag of shit for us. Sad.......
