Bad news for RDR2
just read this today. Not coming out till Oct now....bummer!!!!

That's a little bummer but I want R* to take all the time they need to make a finished and awesome RDR2. Even if it takes them until 2020. I have high expectations in R* games.

Bad news for every other game that had planned to launch in fall for sure, I don't think it's bad news for us gamers. A delay is definitely a bummer, but we got an actual release date this time, not just "pushed back to Q3" or whatever, so they really are probably just polishing and putting the final touches on. But if I were a game that planned on releasing 2 weeks in either direction of October 26th, or even worse on that day, i'd be changing plans and getting the -blam!-ing hell out the way of Red Dead.

Not surprised. Haven't seen much gameplay footage of it. They'll probably show it off at E3.

Anyone that pays attention to Rockstar should have been expecting this. GTA 5 was delayed like 20 times before it was finally released(ok so I exaggerated a bit), and it still had problems with the online component when it was released. I would rather them take the time though, in hopes that it makes the game better.

Rockstar has a habit of having a release date in spring then delaying it until fall. It’s like they do it on purpose.

Obviously they delayed it to get those holiday sales. That and they're adding more stuff to the online so you either grind for hours or pay up with RDR2's versions of Shark Cards to get stuff faster.

3 RisposteI hope the game has a Rise of the Tomb Raider type feel. Not saying it should be turned into a third person shooter, maybe like how GTA V has handled it. That sort of thing. I also hope there's a first person mode.

Can’t wait. In the meantime I’ll be playing GTA 5 online until then. Started playing a few weeks ago instead of the abomination we call Destiny 2.
