How long did it take you to realise Destiny 2 is garbage?

15 mins into the beta, but I listened to my freinds and bought it against my better judgement. Haven't seen any of them on in over 83 days.

I was banking that the Beta was going to be improved before the final release. I should have known better. The crap 2 primary weapon system should have been a huge red flag. Lesson learned. I knew it was trash pretty quickly, within a few days. Since I spent $60 on it, I kept playing for 5 total weeks before I just gave up.

I quit in October. Enjoyed the first faction rally farm shooting the boxes for tokens but lost interest after that.

After i finished all the weapon verses that's when i realized it was trash. Hell i forgot i already paid for the second expansion if anything im playing fortnite and gta 5 online at the moment.

1 RispondiI I've in Florida and got D2 48 hours before the hurricane hit. Beat it the night before out city lost power and did some end game. Got power back 2 days later and fast forward a week , hella bored. After seeing I couldn't go back through the story like D1 or select a strike at a higher level, I knew endgame was trash. Main reason I wanted to go back through the story was because I rushed through it. I was forced to make a second character and the story was complete poo. I bought no mans sky for 19 bucks shortly after.

I kept hoping they would slowly add content . after all it was kinda mentioned by bungie. Once dlc was official i was like well at least this is coming out and should add replay value. 3 hours later I gave up. Started wareframe went back to neverwinter and started to have fun again

About halfway through the campaign. Only finished it for completions sake. Barely played long enough to get to 280ish, may 30 hours.

1 Rispondi2290 hours on D1. Played D2 for a couple weeks then stopped. I was foolish and bought the expansion pass when I got D2. When the first DLC came out I played about half of the campaign and stopped again. Game is junk compared to D1. Probably won't even download and play the next DLC that I already bought. The Destiny franchise is dead.

1 Rispondi1st week of release, took a week off work to enjoy what I thought was going to be an epic follow up to destiny 1, after the 1st few story missions the game basically dies.

2 RisposteModificato da perdomo1479: 1/3/2018 4:02:44 PMright after beating the campaign my whole clan we had 3 teams playing the campaign and we all basically were like " wow this game is casual as hell" the progression system and leveling are horrendous , the game holds your hand at all times , and there's no exotic'ness to any exotic weapon or armor at all, the story is also insanely rushed. then we beat the raid , and realized the endgame is pathetic along with the loot. i would say 9 - 10 business days to fully comprehend that they screwed the pooch.

When it released for pc i realised the framerate on consoles are garbage. Why they didnt make it 60 on consoles is beyond me. It stops me from also grinding on console, thats how big the difference is. Apart from that, still playing. The game is not what it could have been, or what it should have been. But its still Destiny to me and i like its basic design. We took 10 steps back when D2 came out but i accepted it and it doesnt make me so mad that i cant play. So for me it can only get better next few months. Altho if it stays like this for a very long time or becomes worse, then i will walk away from it.
