We got the typical "We're listening" message from dmgcontrol04.
Now we just wait for the apologies and "Not working as intended" spiel that they usually give.
Then the fanboys can praise them for all their "hard work and dedication to a toxic fan base", while Bungie themselves pat themselves on the back and congratulate each other on the state of the game.

33 RisposteThis is Bungie's problem. They don't perceive the difference between "hearing" us and "listening" to us. Hearing us is that they perceive the noise (or in this case, they perceive our collective reactions). Listening to us would be that they perceive our concerns, they consider it, and then take appropriate action. They're not listening. They've never listened to us. They've always heard us, and implemented their own asinine changes instead of making some common-sense changes people suggested here.

20 RisposteYou do realize that if the game was designed around eververse like you all claim then they will need to figure out how to undesign it. That takes time and meetings and more time. They don't have a button that they can push that fixes everything in a jiffy. Patience. If it isn't fixed down the road I will be done as well but expecting them to have a grand plan so fast is unrealistic.

1 RispondiBungie definately deserves the vitriol coming from the community. dmg04 KNOWS that he is a whipping boy and I give him credit. I certainly could not jump on a forum page and post what he does knowing that there was next to no chance the people instructing me to post would actually ACT on the "feedback" I asked the community for. What I do find interesting is that at the beginning of Destiny, we only had ONE "community manager".... DeeJ. Then later in D1 we suddenly had DeeJ and Cozmo. Now, with the community having reached critical mass we suddenly have 3 "community managers" but yet the message from Bungie HAS NOT CHANGED! The fact that Bungie has not learned that it is the message we want changed, NOT the messenger, speaks volumes.

We are simply the little people to them now. The bungie that was grateful to their community was taken out back and shot. The bungie we now wouldn't put you out if you were on fire unless you buy silver, then they might piss on you.

Tbh they do get rather a lot of shit for even the smallest of things - for some people on here, even if they stepped their game up and actually made the game fun again and actually better than the 1st, I reckon those same people would [i]still[/i] find apparently blatant issues to bitch about. And from what I’ve seen from my time on here, a rather substantial amount of people here are just a wee bit toxic... if anything if they don’t like the game they just swear blindly at deej or anyone else related to bungie and that’s it! Why would you want to listen to people who berate you constantly for something? Even more so if they don’t add anything constructive as to how it could be made better... I’m not saying the game is flawless mind you, there are [i]many [/i]problems with it, lacklustre dlc included, and there are certainly things to moan about ie this whole eververse thing. And if we believe that removing it could start the game on the right path and make it better then keep going with the hashtag and maybe we’ll get something done!

There is no third option. If you truly cared, you would find a balance of transparency and we haven't had that since D1 launched, so which is it Bungie? If you love your community so much why do you spin doctor your false claims and miscommunication as not your fault, but the communities fault for "misunderstanding"...

I’d be shocked if they would fix the duplicate items that keep dropping for me. This problem has been existed since D1. Seeing players with weapons you want and you have to grind an entire expansion just to get it before it’s irrelevant. The leveling in this game is absolutely crap. Just bring back the way it was in D1 and make new armor and new weapons. New raids new events it’s all this game needs.

Hell I'm pretty sure half the time deej is a bot running on a script. They're probably like the old Nintendo Help line folks with binders of prewritten instructions on how to handle things.
