1 RispondiLink your account.

It’s grindingly obvious.
-
What else could it be? ^_^
-
Since Activision use Daily Active Players as one of their metrics for shareholders, yes.
It looks like they're in panic mode.
Yep. More lies and manipulation from bungovision. Gross and underhanded company

22 RisposteIf The Division came out today it would have killed Destiny
-
1 RispondiYep. They are digging themselves deeper.
-
3 RisposteThe only thing to dispute this is that it would be bizarre timing on their part as the PC version just dropped and would surely boost numbers considerably. Either that or the PC numbers were projected to be so low that they wanted to hide it.

I upvoted you Viper bc I do think panic mode has set in. But not in Activision. Activision creates non persistent world shooters like CoD. Their success is based solely on sales of discs, well micro transactions also. Bungie has been creating a persistent world shooter, whose success or failure is WAY more long term philosophically AND based on number of users. Activision could care less about DTR stats, Bungie however does. Activision is already on the golf course celebrating Bungies' success with D2 if nobody ever logs in again, they are good. CoD is just around the corner and should easily beat out D2 sales numbers. Which should make CoD 2017 game of the year. What I'm curious about is the Activision backlash here in Destiny world. We are definitely not a tiny footprint of the gaming community. 4 months ago, all my friends were planning on slamming D2 until CoD came out, play zombies and ground pound the multiplayer a bit, then back to D2. But everybody I know is so salty at both companies, ppl regret D2 purchase And are not buying CoD. Will that scale out? who knows? Nobody I know is excited aboot ice hockey, snowball fights or redisigned ghosts. Priorities Bungie!

5 RisposteIf i were to make a wild thoery....I would say it was you, dear Viper

You can view the population at https://guardian.gg/2. It's not much but will have to do for now.

19 RisposteWe've removed this chart because people are using it to spread a false narrative of the Destiny 2 player population. Daily Unique users is a misleading statistics to use as basis for the active population of the game, any game in that matter. Not everyone plays video games 24/7, besides maybe at launch. We hoped our article would've cleared this up a bit but it seems it hasn't. To halt people from making false narratives based on the numbers we provide we decided to stop showing them in this chart. http://destinytracker.com/destiny/reports/daily-population

2 RisposteIf you want to see panic mode, look in the help section of this forum. Hundreds, possibly thousands of PC players are getting banned upon launching the game. Bans are permanent and Bungie doesn't explain why accounts are banned, so the pitchfork and torch mob is forming.
-
4 RisposteWell done for breeding a bunch of ignorant idiots
-
1 RispondiOP has no D2 characters

3 RisposteMen lie, women lie, numbers don't lie

2 RisposteOnce upon a time Activision did great things together wit Ravensoft "Soldier of Fortune II: Double Helix", but that was in 2002... This game lasted for a long long time, had dedicated servers, punkbuster, very moddable etc etc. Even the DEMO<--- had a big playerbase for years ! (that had only one map!) What happened ????!! Short term profit and money grabbing shareholders.... thats what happened. They all seem to being humping* on the Ubisoft train now these days. Oh uhuhuhu did i say....*

My clan has 40 people in it and there is 2-5 on average daily now so you know it's totally fkd.

Lol, i noticed they removed that...how funny.
