Simply put as the title states. A simple request for bungie developers, customer support/service, cozmo, DeeJ, or who ever else witnesses these forum posts to provide some actual proof that the company is actually listening to the community’s concerns.
This is in no way a toxic approach or degrading rant about the Destiny 2 product. It is simply asking how do you plan to OR if you intend on fixing any of the many mentioned issues in the game stemming from the token based loot reward system, lack of unique stat rolls in weapons and gear, 4 v 4 pvp for every single game mode, raid specific loot being of cosmetic value only etc etc. Those are a few I seem to see mentioned a lot on the forums.
I’m just more interested in an actual catered response directed towards your consumers in an environment where the majority of users come for feedback and real time updates. If you have no fix actions and the game is exactly the way you intended it to be, then say that. It will be much more appreciated than any volume of silence. At least it will be honest and directed from you, the creator, and remove all speculation from your player base. Again, just looking for someone inside the company to speak out and at least let us know you are listening without a generic “we see you, and are working on it” kind of response.
Side note: Thanks again for all you have done and continue to do. Satisfying everyone at once is a difficult and unrealistic expectation. While the game may not be what many of us have expected it to be it has its strong points as well so thank you for that as well.

Edit: man I never thought so many people would actually respond and keep this conversation alive and going. Thank you to all of you who have taken the time out to push this up as high as it has gone. Hopefully we all see something whether positive or negative. The non generic response from bungie is all that matters.
Edit 2: so COZMO replies by means of copy and paste from TWAB and quoted “needed time to gather a response”. 😂😂😂 point taken. Now I’ll keep pushing for a reply that isn’t of such “thought” where you can’t say what you feel, rather you point me to a post that I already read. Who’s with me ??? Make bungie talk !!!!

1 RispondiThey said in the Twitchcon panel that they basically have zero intent of tuning the sandbox anymore, and that they'll just try to change it by "adding weapons with different rolls", which means a Rapid-Fire Pulse with high stability and HCR. Returning the No Land Beyond. Things like that.

Let me explain, clearly, why there will be no official response from Bungie until Bungie are ready to make a response. Ready? Here it is: [spoiler]shareholders[/spoiler] Destiny 2 / Bungie / Activision / It's shareholders gain absolutely nothing by publicly coming out and admitting there arre issues with their game. Especially this close to the launch on PC. Instead, what they will do, is what they should do - quietly and efficiently go about fixing the game based on community feedback, and release said fixes/updates/patches as soon as they can.

13 RisposteYeah this whole ‘they can’t because of contract with Activision’ stuff is bunk. If true, then the solution is “hey Activision? This is Bungie. We are hemorraging player base and the players want some dialogue. Since we BOTH want a happy active player base we need permission from you to open some dialogue channels such as a Q&A on twitch and some sit down interviews with the community. We got permission? Great thanks!” No company would stop dialogue with customers if that was the primary complaint.
