enemies not spawning when playing missions in Destiny 2 UAE ISP issue need help ASP BUNGIE

I have been trying to play destiny for the last couple of hours but its not looking good for me. i know its just release but i hope someone can share some light on this for me. every mission that i tried the enemies would not spawn, tried on 3 different characters still the same. when im switching back and forward between characters after couple of times the enemies would spawn but only for like 5 minutes and the gamplay would be very laggy. when your clear the first area and you want to go the second part of the mission the doors would be closed and nothing spawns. is anybody having this issue aswell? im looking at the forums and haven't seen anything about this. is it because of my connection? i live in Dubai but have a European account. Sorry for my bad English

  • Hi People! I understand this issue is resolved, but whenever i play trials of the nine the whole internet in the house freezes! i have to restart the router to get access and it will happen again! only in trials!! you think its a router issue or what?

  • UPDATE - WORKING NOW Hi Everyone, After a few of us contacting DU (ISP) and eventually getting through to their technical team, the issue is resolved. We have been playing for 3 days without the issue arising. If anyone is still getting problems, please respond here so that we make sure that it was resolved for everybody.

    • Sort of an irrelevant post, but seeing as we have everyone in the UAE in this post, thought I'd share my UAE clan here.       • Hi everyOne. Can you say to me what is your FAI and where you from ? In belgium we have that problem With PROXIMUS bbox3 Technicolor and we find a solution. the problem is simply "TECHNICOLOR" and they start to change with a Sagem and now 0 bug ... I know Italy TELECOM got the problem too with Technicolor . If you are in belgium proximus contact me i will help you to got a bbox 3v+ SAGEM for play in 24-48h !

      • I am from Malta and registered in the UK and am also experiencing the same issue which makes me believe this is coming from bungies end not du. Although I did read on a thread that bungie are aware about this issue and are looking into it. Hopefully it will be sorted soon!

        • I can confirm its fixed.... spent more than 2 hours in destiny 2 without rebooting my xbox and no problem yet. Both patrol and story works normal. Thanks to everyone

            Update 2! confirmed my friend has now done 1 full hour of only pve ( missions, campaign, etc.)and has had no issues whatsoever. I hope this means it has been resolved which is great news. It would be great if other people can try from their end, currently at work so cant check myself

              I played more than an hour on xbox and things look ok so far... with few minor lag which is normal, experience was good... Did 1 hour patrol and everything was normal. NPCs and enemies were showing properly and no teleporting... I will do some story missions to check further but seems they fixed it! Thanks everyone for being proactive on this

              • UPDATE ON ARTHORIZ POST: I've been playing for an hour since DU called last. I've had no issues (well, my aim is crap), but no connection or spawn issues. So far, I've loaded multiple missions and progressed to level 6 by doing the missions and every location has loaded properly. When everyone is back home, please confirm. I will give another update in the late afternoon because I need to log off now.

                • Update! My friend Freak who is also part of this post has just had a call back from Du saying that it has been fixed! he is now testing it for an hour and will confirm back to me! I will update here when I hear back.

                  • I see some people saying the issue may have been resolved I'm doubtful but I will keep my hopes up. I will be home from work at 2pm local time UAE and I will see and comment my status. also for anyone else who may call DU, I have no clue if this is useful I'm not super savvy with routers and network stuff, I have copied the ports that Bungie say need to be forwarded when things are not working correct. so maybe this will help them to fix the issue on the DU side.                     • I am currently in a call with DU customer care.. They confirmed they received multiple calls related to Destiny 2 today and confirmed they are aware... Now the guy getting latest info from technical team

                      • There is another post located under below link that Bungie Help responded. They are asking for video evidence or kind of supporting...                       • This is ridiculous. My family have bought 1 digital and 3 physical copies of Destiny 2 and we cannot even play because DU ISP in UAE has blocked Destiny 2's ports by mistake. And Bungie is not trying to resolve this with them. There is another ISP in UAE called Etisalat and they have no issues. Bungie, please respond to this and please get in contact with DU Internet Service Provided in the United Arab Emirates. The issues we are all encountering are as follows: - Enemies don't spawn/appear 90% of the time - If enemies do spawn, then teleport and don't engage. If we kill them, they instantly come alive again and return to original position - Quest givers and NPCs do not spawn or appear either - We cannot see adventures and cannot interact with items - We cannot see any public events, however, we can revive people who die. - We are invincible (enemies can't see us either) - Only PvP works, as no NPCs or enemy AI are present - We can't pass through certain areas as they are sealed off (but not to others in fireteam who aren't with DU ISP) such as the doors on Titan planets first mission. PLEASE BUNGIE, contact DU ISP and resolve this. DU need your server details and the ports to open to let those in the UAE play your game...we did pay for it after all.

                      • Im facing the same issue please bungi fix it , i even had the same issue on pc when the beta was out the only work around was the vpn but the game start to disconnect and keep kicking me out

Was really looking forward to make some progression in the weekend. Bungie come on its not effecting 1 person its effecting the whole country help us with this.
