Finally Got to the Lighthouse!
Yes it was a carried run but to finally get to experience the lighthouse was just a beautiful final closing chapter to Destiny 1 for my Hunter and I. The feels last night were very heavy after seeing something that I had never seen in the past almost 3 years of Destiny. Just felt like I finally got to see something that was gated off to so many players all these years.
Shoutout to T1 Riot and Invisionnn for the runs! I really appreciate it!

Edit 2: This was not a paid carry nor did I need to subscribe to their channel. Ask them for yourself if you don't believe me. Also I included that it was a carry because I only normally get to 7 or 8 wins and never get that 9th win in Trials. No I did not sit in the spawn and let them do everything. Yes I did play and help out as much as my potato self in PvP can. I am sure you can see I have way more days played in PvE than PvP and this current meta is ridiculous. Also to anyone viewing my stats yes there was 15 trials games played due to my internet going out at 6 wins on the first card we played.

I wish they would have done something refreshing with trials each year cycle or something. I went flawless a couples time in year 1 but after that I didnt feel motivated to ever play it again. But then again it was probably just the stupid random error codes that only happened to me in trials and nowhere else. Nothin' like getting close to flawless back in the day just to get slapped in the face by an Error Code Weasel, while my internet was still running perfectly fine at my house.

27 RisposteCongratulations on earning 50 grimoire that's been available for over 2 years and that will promptly be forgotten and worthless moving into Destiny II. Going to the Lighthouse was an accomplishment back in HoW. You had to actually fight for it because there was a healthy competition among different high-end weapons: Thorn, TLW, Red Death, MIDA, Felwinter, and Final-Round snipers. You also had a unique reward: an exotic emblem. Compared to back then, Trials is a waste of time and largely a joke - made even worse by the fact that nothing done this late in the game's lifecycle matters in Destiny II.

I've only been to the lighthouse once, in year 1. Yes, my friend and I were carried by a guy with a sniper. It was HoW, and thorn was insufferable

2 RisposteMy friend won a raffle and got carried by streamers and he was actually proud No way I do that He had to agree to let them stream while they carried him. So they were basically advertising "we are so good we could even get this scrub through it" Where is the dignity in that? That's like claiming your an actor and all you do is hemmoroid and herpies commercials But bottom line if it makes you happy Congrats
