Anybody else plan on still playing at least a little bit of Destiny 1 When Destiny 2 comes out?
As for me i might stick around for the crucible,raids,and some strikes. But once trials and iron banner go (which are both pretty lame to me) I think for most the game might become dry especially when trials goes.

I don't play Destiny 1 anymore now. Has little to do with D2, I'm not even hyped for that. My friends bought me a copy cause I told them I'm not wasting my own money on it.

Depends on how good Destiny 2 is, though Destiny could be a returning diversion during any content lull for Destiny 2.

Unless my friends need an old raid for whatever reason, after Sept 6th Destiny 1 will not see my PlayStation again. I've got my revamped Crota and Kings Fall gear plus ornaments, I've no need for anything else.

Crucible

Wanted to grind all raid sets of AOT...but the drop rates were so atrocious that I quit after I got all except the KF remastered set on my Hunter with all nodes activated. Couldn't be bothered. Didn't play since then. But will give it a go tonight in crucible.

I'm pretty burned out on Destiny. I don't really have a reason to return to it. Not when there's a new game.

I'll play crucible on my alt account up until release of D2 then will be switching pretty much for good.

Honestly no, I've done every activity I wanted to do, got every gear I wanted, there is no reason to go back at the moment.

Yeah I'm still gonna jump on a couple times a week. I will still wanna throw my hammers around. But I think the first month it will be only Destiny 2 for me. Once I get all 3 characters through the story and start the endgame content I'll take little one day breaks to go back to Destiny 1 and mess around or do a raid. I know a good chunk of players will leave when Destiny 2 comes out but there will also be people who are going to wait until Christmas (most likely the kids that can't buy their own stuff or people waiting for a cheaper deal), people waiting for the collection, and people like me who will go back occasionally to play their favorite classes (Sunbreaker, Nightstalker, and Stormcaller).
