I didn't but thats simply because I enjoy PvP, i find PvE monotonous. PvE is a laggy, buggy mess. If they couldn't fix it in the past 3 years I'm certainly not expecting D2 to be fixed. For those that enjoy PvE, go for it, do you

Sounds like something trump would say

8 RisposteThree reasons I pre-ordered which you may find foolish, but here they are: 1. I've been playing video games for a long time and believe I've developed keen instincts for games I will like. It is a kind of a meta game to bet on those instincts by pre-ordering games. Every now and then I back a stinker, but most of the time I get it right. 2. Voting with dollars. As much as the Bungie forums are a cesspool of disgust, I really REALLY enjoyed D1. Far more than my money's worth, so pre-ordering is my way of saying with my money, "Ya did good. Keep it up!" In other words for me Bungie has earned both my goodwill and my pre-order. 3. Silly and Jerky l33t reasons. It is kinda cool in Year 2 to go, "I've been here since the beta! You noobs don't know how good you have it now!" :) 3a. Pre-ordering is a great way to spite people who wax faux indignation about how pre-orders are ruining the industry. So people can call this unintelligent consuming if they want. I think they know it's hollow bluster.

It's $60 which isn't much, plus it is only a video game.

10 Risposte
DONT BE AN INTELLIGENT CONSUMER
Hey, McDonald's has a new hamburger but I'm not going to buy it. I'm going to wait for someone with an objective review to tell me it's good because I don't have opinions of my own..... This is a cheap video game with little to no impact on real life.
-
3 RisposteI preordered because even though destiny 1 has lots of problems, it's my favorite game. And I'm confident bungie can't make it worse.
-
Exactly my opinion 👍
-
Pre-orders only benefit publishers and outlets like GameStop. In the old days, it was to guarantee a copy on release day. Nowadays, downloads don't run out ;) You love a franchise, or shiny toys and butt-flaps, or you have too much money lying around, go for it. You're unsure. Wait ;)

I can smell your pungent, salty aroma over the Texas gulf coast, not an easy feat to accomplish. 👏🏼👏🏼

8 RisposteFirst rule of preorder - NEVER preorder.

2 RisposteModificato da Dog_Of_War_1138: 7/5/2017 5:00:45 AMOh good, another one of these threads. I've pre-ordered almost every new game I bought in the last 10 years, and only 3 of them disappointed me. I'd say that's a pretty good payoff rate. I'll continue to do what I damn well please. By the way, reviews are OPINIONS. There's no such thing as an "objective opinion".
-
1 RispondiYeah!!! Don't pre order but make sure you spend that same exact money, on the same exact game, just not right now!!!
-
Yes exactly! That is what we should always do! Finally someone who understands the necessary process gamers should all do when anticipating a new title.
regardless of how sarcastic that was, I'm gonna be preordering Metro Exodus as soon as I have the chance and a release date is given...I've been waiting for it for a few years now and holy shit does it look good...
Are you playing backwards day? People don't like being told what to do.
Look at the liberals. *Badum Tzz*
But seriously. I will pre-order if I want. I liked Destiny and from all the things I have learned from Bungie about Destiny 2. I will like Destiny 2 as much as, if not more than, Destiny.

Objective reviews? By who? Those clown streamers? XD

11 RisposteJust ran through my list of Xbox games. Calculated my cost per hour for playing the game. I got to about 6 cents per hour for my destiny experience. No other game has ever come close to that except my game cube games that I bought last year. Of course I'm going to preorder its sequel. Oh. And destiny was fun as hell with friends. Destiny 2 shall be as well.
-
12 RisposteI pre ordered on Xbox One and PC. Suck it, I love this game. Snowflake posts like this won't change my mind.
-
1 RispondiI'm just buying a game ; not a progressive stock that I hope matures in ten years . I hope this is not the most difficult decision you believe you will ever have to make . If so , life is going to laugh at you harshly when it slaps the shit out of you later on.
-
24 RisposteYou have 82 days and 36 hours(2004 hours)into the first one. You're telling us you're not gonna get the second one?
oh please
-
2 RisposteI love D1 so I'll pre-order D2 and form my own opinion of it rather than sitting around like a pleb waiting to hear what someone else thinks.
-
5 RisposteI don't pay people for products until I know what I'm getting. Pre-ordering ruins games. Why would they work hard to create a solid game when they already have your money cause you saw the trailer?
-
8 RisposteWell under normal circumstances I don't pre-order just because when I spend my money I like to see it immediately and I'd rather see if I would like the game. Sequals to games have a little bit of a different situation. Since destiny is probably my favorite game I can guarantee I would like destiny 2 and I want to play it on day one. I'm not gonna just wait to buy it on day one because there is rewards for pre-ordering so I might as well get them.
