6 RisposteWarlock - Lord High Fixer This gun and I have a long history. Lord High Fixer was my wife in Vanilla. First Legendary, and any one of them always hold a special place in my heart. It was my first of the old weapons being brought back. And it won't be going anywhere. Hunter - Angel's Advocate Not much back story to it, except that it's my favorite legendary scout. Didn't really have a care for it until I got it out of an engram, looked at it, took it out for a spin, and a bond was born. Titan - Eyasluna Yeah, yeah, "eww an eyasluna scrub". Sorry not sorry, don't hate the player, hate the game. But no, when I got this thing, it was wayyyyyy before this meta. I wanted one, I loved hawkmoon, and I wanted to try this. Perks aren't great, but the gun itself rocks when I reload after a kill and swap out. I always will love that gun, just for how it is.

I used 300 strange coins over the course of an hour and a half just to get it, although I use one that I got from another exotic engram that was higher light later on in the expansion. Also, I use an exotic Smite of Merain that I got the first week of King's Fall being the weekly raid, and my First Curse, which I got the second week the quest was available and is the only one I've ever had. Edit: just properly read the question, but I have the Hawkmoon equipped on my main character (Titan) anyways. Go figure.

8 RisposteHung Jury. The good one with firefly that got erased from existence. I bought it days before Bungie erased it, still feeling skeptical about it. Took it out for a spin and just couldn't get behind it, but I couldn't bring myself to delete it. Months later, I gave it another whack. This thing saws through enemies in pve now. PvP? Well, it's fire rate is constantly outplayed, but if you can land three - four headshots, the kills are as good as yours. Definitely hasn't left my side (primary slot) since then. Unless I need the vault adept weapons for burn days.. 😉

I had a list I would switch between before I decided to take a break. (I only log on to collect the Treasures now) Blind Perdition: Was talking to a bunch Twitter friends in a stream. All of us regulars would enter raffles to troll as it would reduce the odds of winning for everyone else. Never expected or cared to win, but I did, and they wouldn't let me hand it off to anyone else. It dropped on the 7th win. That was the last time I ever touched Trials. Jade Rabbit: Months of engram farming, yet this weapon eluded me. One day while the servers were freaking out I was walking around the Tower going about my usual business of cashing in my engrams. Right before the servers went down, JR dropped. I went on wrecking sprees with this thing during the sniper/mida meta. No Land Beyond: The only way to get good with it is to use it. I've used it a lot, but I'm still not good. Still a fun weapon though. The First Curse: I just like how it feels to use Burning Eye (Adept): Got it from that time I got carried. Surprisingly a super solid PVE weapon. Nechrochasm: I got the Crux to drop on my first run day 1 of Y1 Crota. It was so disappointing how bad it was but I still ran around with it anyways.

Or another one with Perfect Balance, Rifled Barrel, and Zen Moment, SPO-28 sights. Or Lingering Song with Rifled Barrel, Rangefinder, and HCR, when I'm feeling less competitive, from an IB bounty. And of course, the Rifled, Rangefinder, Icarus Palindrome from the Crucible QM, but that goes without saying these days. It would be like saying 'I use an Ice Breaker or sidearm'.

Zen moment is awfully underrated and I'd take it over counterbalance in the mid slot for this pulse. Banshee brought it about 6 weeks back. Who else has it?! Lemme know and how you're enjoying it.

1 RispondiColovance's Duty, acquired in the Iron Banner in Year 2. Don't remember perkset. That old girl has seen me through a lot, though. She's the epitome of the faithful Bread and Butter Gun, or an Afghani tribesman's battered old AK-47: nothing spectacular, just simple, dependable death.

Coincidentally, I just loaded up my Stranger's Rifle cuz another post was talking about it. My hunter n Titan have Fatebringer n Genesis Chain. Sorry, no funny stories about origins , as it is pretty obvious where I procured them.

The disappointment. I got it doing the strike called the massive let down. It's mediocrity and similarity to every other gun in the game is unmatched.
