I am a lagger, not a cheater. I don't know if it's where I live or not, but having very restrictive parents doesn't help at all. Won't let me connect my Xbox, PS4, or computer via Ethernet cable. But anyways, I want to make it clear, I bet you half the reason Bungie hasn't banned me yet is because of my k/d or elo. Any player or forum user can look at my profile, select the stats option on my hunter/titan/warlock, scroll down and see that my overall k/d is negative. One of the key factors here is that I've have never been flawless. I haven't played it at all within the past few months. This shows that lag is not beneficial at all, because if I had didn't lag for a year, I would probably have a solid overall 1.5 on all my characters. Every time I get on Destiny, it takes (on average) 10 minutes to get to the character screen. "Attention: Contacting Destiny Servers" is almost always displayed on the bottom of the screen. I always try to get a raid team and fail, so I go to PvP and get some bounties done, a requirement for a certain record book, or just have fun in general. Look, im envisioning what you're about to say, "if you know you lag all the time, why don't you just quit playing destiny?" My answer to that is the fact Destiny is my favorite game, and I always play it no matter what because I love it, and no one (besides Bungie perhaps) is going to make me stop playing. I always get hate messages, almost 2x every crucible game I play. I know the only reason why half the messages are toxic is because they are mad at me skipping around the map, shooting them through walls, etc. I understand the fustration, and I get Alot more of it than you think.

Bungie reward laggers and cheaters.

Idiot bungo. Why no regional limitations? Cause the game might actually run good when Im not playing people in the Philippines?

Not only that but my weapons seem to be god tier in one game and in the next game it would do more damage if I fed it to them. Sniping heads getting 160 for a body, tethering someone and getting 2, yes, 2 crit damage and they live, and what's up with MIDA, I'm getting 1 shot by this thing all the god damn time. It's like playing roulette, you've no idea what's coming next, there is absolutely no consistency in the crucible right now. I hope Destiny 2 is a big change, I needs to be for their sake.

And one last note. You do know that EVERY GAME HAS RED BAR PPL IN IT. EVERY GAME.....,......... Not just destiny but all games

I'm in Texas, 3 hours from the Mexican border and I always get fireteams of people from Mexico with horrid internet connections in the lobby who end up glitching all over the screen, don't take any damage and then t-bag you on a kill like it took some real skill to kill me when they're practically invincible. I always report, back out, and send them a message along the lines of "Not getting any more higher k/d or elo off me you red-barring mother f-er. " (In these instances usually 1/2 of the team I'm in backs out as well because they see what's going on too.)

If you are a redbar for more than 1 match, then it is no longer the p2p connections or the game in general, you just have terrible internet. Please go do strikes or something, stay out of pvp because it is ridiculous we have to put up with this crap.

I red bar regularly, because I live in the woods, and my k.d. is awful. How those evil wizards do it is beyond me.

Report doesnt work. Might aswell be flicking peanuts at the screen. It's a red bar game. Cant wait for that first game of crucible in D2.The words "I paid $80 for this sht again" will echo around the world.

My internet genuinely is really good on every other game in existence but for some reason in every god damn game in Destiny I'm on a red bar. It confirms its Bungo's fault :( Oh and when I'm on a red bar, it's the hardest piece of shit ever. In don't understand what you mean by red bar players are gods, because my red bar makes the map lag. Not just the other players and the hit detection, even the god damn ships and textures and literally everything you can think of. I'm always at a serious disadvantage. If you are seeing that many red bars then it's got to be your connection. Reset your router, buy a new one, upgrade your internet or something. I'm not saying lag doesn't happen but there is no way you would play this game if it was truly that bad. I hardly ever deal with lag. You get the occasional red bar but you see that in every online shooter, dedicated servers or not, it happens in every game and i see about the same lag in destiny that I do in other games I play. People need to quit blaming lag for bad games, just admit you got outplayed! How hard is that? I didn't look at the op kd but I'm gonna guess it's between .9 and 1.2, an average player who got beat by a better player or better team and instantly jumped on the lag band wagon.

They could always just paint the red bars green, that's always fun

This is why I refuse to pre-order any of this. I'm so happy, to wait 30, 60 or 90 good days before purchasing anything remotely connected/related to the current game, as is. Good on everyone else for playing the beta. I hope the devs listen to the proper feedback from the objectively correct-sourced material. I have zero faith, as of today. Dedicated servers; we start with that.
