Modificato da TheShadow: 2/25/2017 6:30:45 PM
That is going to be fixed soon.
...and the game what's next will start. Your point? Not being rude just saying, this is how crucible has been for the last couple years. It's pathetic.
-
It's still quite balanced right now except of that sidearm ammo thing and that gets a logic tweak. The NLB bug also gets fixed like it's supposed to be so this gun won't be a huge problem in Trials too. Same with that stupid Skorri artifact. PvE also is barely touched by all this stuff. I really fail to see the huge problem you're being overly dramatic about.
-
Hc's already starting to dominate the charts in most game types. devs already said they are looking at it. expect another nerf on hand cannons lol. look at where the weapons started. NLB and side arms were essentially considered jokes/booby prizes. now? they are the top of the meta lol. we have now sank so low in nerfs that what was the weakest guns in the game are now the best. solution? another round of nerfs lol. coming to destiny 2 crucible 6 vs 6 pillow fights............ but if you die you lose your pillow haha
-
I don't even have to add to this lol.
-
haha thanks. I agree with you. or as the film says "the shadow knows"
-
haha thanks. I agree with you. or as the film says "the shadow knows"
Don't get wrong, I'm not against the gamers in this game. It's Bungie that is the problem and most just want to shut their eyes. I won't...

their every gun has its day in the sun is a major issue. then having that gun there for 6-7 months means wow that gets old quickly. they need to make all weapons competitive and then if they want a gun in the sun just give it slight buffs to knock it just a nose ahead of other. have that for at most 3-4 months and then drop it back down a touch and raise another up with a buff just a touch. that way the people who want to play with their favourites can and guns dont get massively overused. till bungo starts patching more often and makes those patches about buffs rather than non stop nerfs this game will just keep losing players.
-
I 100% agree. So far the sandbox has always gone over board with their adjustments and will add unnecessary nerfs in this game that no one asked for. How is this reasonable or justify the over nerfing in this game. I know coding isn't something easy to do and does take time, but just because you know how to do that part of the work in this game, doesn't mean you know what you're doing when it comes to adjusting whatever in this game. Bungie embarrassed themselves this last livestream. It was a huge flop and this patch was deliberately done. Now you have gamers are acting like this is okay. No, it's not. It literally should how Bungie doesn't care and how Bungie's sanbox doesn't play their own game. To make matters worse, nerfing something because you suck at playing your own game is beyond ridiculous. Yet they pushed all this nonsense out and used it as bate. Hey guys! We messed up and will give you these extra things that we refused to in the past year even knowing we could have done this a long-ass time ago. Look at how many gamers bought this BS lol.
-
I think the issue they have is with only doing patches once every 6-7 months it means that if they dont get it right now you'd have a weapon be an issue for 12-14 months lol. I know in blops 3 they did 4 patches in 7 weeks when it dropped as some guns just showed up quickly as op. they lowered it a fair bit and if it dropped too much the would just keep touching it back up to a more balanced level. but with how rare the balances are now they over nerf and then spend years trying to raise it to a competitive level again. I mean the suros got destroyed and took all autos with it in year 1. its getting close to being back but its not quite there. this is two years later now lol. as this is likely the last real patch that destiny will have besides the obvious ones they will put in from twab this is likely it till d2. I was shocked so many embraced this patch. I know people were bored of special meta's but year 1 proved we can have viable primary weapons and viable specials. but this over nerfing unbalanced that. their solution rather than buffing was to just essentially remove a tonne of special off the map. like you said coding isnt easy. but they had year 1 right. they have unbalanced this last 18 months. just look at what you had year 1 and try and bring that kind of balance back. but nope they change how the whole game plays and then for good measure hits about another what 12-13 nerfs to balance that lol.

Modificato da FL0W: 2/25/2017 6:17:55 PMErm, the time to kill is faster than months ago on most guns. In fact, weapons are more effective than pre-patch where only some guns dominated. Also, NLB is broken and just gets a fix for that bug. It's also not op. Neither are sidearms. It's just the ammo that forces bad players to abuse them. Stop overexaggerating like dramaqueens, guys. Handcannons are way better than pre-patch. And they aren't op by any means. And even when they get another sligtr range nerf it'll be perfectly fine.

well a dev has already said that they have noticed the increase in kills HC's has got and its being looked at. which in bungo talk means "incoming nerf" this isnt exageration. this is common sense. they have made a mess of the balance since year 1. their solution has been to change the whole game and how it plays so you need to spend 10-15 seconds of every minute at a green box picking up ammo and reloading . we are now in a meta where the previous joke weapons have now become the best as all weapons above them have been nerfed below them. but thats ok? that we have essentially lowered all guns to the level of ones considered jokes by the entire community? on that I am afraid we will have to disagree. the fact that they have changed the whole special ammo around due to being incapable of buffing primary weapons to be properly competitive is a sad situation. they are finding a balance by hiding ammo and keeping guns very weak. its just boring, slow, devoid of fun and the only reason why there isnt a single gun ruling right now is no one has found the best weapon yet. it'll come and it'll got back to 6 vs 6 with the same primary weapons and a sidearm. even if you take away the special bank if you retain some its gonna still be the main choice.

Whiny prepatch Special abuser spotted. That's all I can say about your nonsense.
-
played since beta, played through a period where special and primary weapons had a balance and use in year 1. I played with a shotgun all through year 2 when there was a sniper meta. when in year 3 we had a boring shotgun meta I played even less as primary weapons were too weak and needed a proper across the board buff to be made competitive like year 1. all I can say about your posts is it shows a complete lack of understanding of how the game plays. the fact you welcome the whole game being changed like this most likely indicates you get slapped around. trust me special meta or primary meta wont make the people who slapped you before any less likely to slap ya about now. the fact that you can back your argument up with Whiny makes me laugh. are you 8?
-
You're a Drama queen, nothing more. Go and play another game...no one with a legit way of thinking wants players like you in this game. :) PS: I'm a day1er too and I love the changes because special abuse was cancer to the game. And all special abusers can go directly to hell. Simple.
-
you know why there was a special meta? due to the fact ill advised no it alls kept crying for and backing nerfs to weapons. all primary weapons have now been watered down to the level of guns that in year 1 was a joke. in order to make sure this doesnt get highlighted they have taken as much special out as they could and then nerfed about 12 other things to try and balance out that one change. in year 1 special and primary were balanced to each other. you used special at the right time or primary play wiped you clean out. this way they have put in has made this a much slower version of cod. unfortunately when I played this game through year 1 the crucible was getting 1m players a day on a trials day. players like you with their nerfs celebrating has seen that number drop to way below half a million. the way you want this game to go is fine. thats your opinion. but the fact 700k players have stopped playing what you want says maybe you are wrong. :O
-
Tell me how many players are actually playing, then we'll talk again.

365,831 Crucible Players Yesterday 555,691 PvE Players Yesterday a year ago 2016-01-02: 1,004,565 2016-01-03: 1,003,299 in pvp only.
-
Those numbers are pretty high. A month earlier is was around 200k pvp players. The patch didn't kill Destiny. Simple. It's the content drought that kills it slowly...but it's far from being dead.
-
nope the month before we had pvp players around 400k a day. then the sbmm/cbmm debate happened. bungie said that sbmm was there to stay and over night the player base dropped to about 270-280k. once they announced the change to be more cbmm the numbers went back up to approx 380-400k again. most trials days were around 500-550k a day. friday there was 365k lol. a trials day bring in less than the old average daily rate mid week. a game that in 14 months pvp goes from 1m players to 365k on a special event day isnt exactly thriving is it. since the patch hit the player numbers have been down between 50-100k a day. its not making it go up. a patch hits player numbers shoot up normally. this one has made it go down lol. the numbers are simple. in 1 week 50-100k players just randomly stopped playing the game. in 1 week whats changed besides the patch? NOTHING

Hey man can you tell what website or send me the link to the stats. It's not because i don't believe you. People quote these stats all the time and I am interested in having a look at the site and see what other stats they have on the game.

http://destinytracker.com/ right hand side a bout half the way down the screen. https://www.reddit.com/r/DestinyTheGame/comments/3zfvpg/1003299_guardians_were_tracked_in_pvp_for/ theres a reddit where people were talking about the player numbers about 14 months ago. they wont post the old numbers as it would highlight the player base dropping.

Great thanks mate!
-
no worries.
-
You know why? Because most players left in PvP were Trials tryhards or carriers/account carriers. All of them were heavily relying on cruch ass weapons and cheap tactics. Those asshats got hit the hardest. I couldn't care less tbh. Those players are the reason no normal player wants to even think about Trials. It's the cancer of this game and it's the main reason for all nerfs and eff-ups. If you want to blame someone, blame those idiots that constantly whine about something just because it's harder for them to go flawless 20times a weekend. Personally I love those changes. But I'm someone with 50% primary and only 10% special kills and I never relied on cheap guns like the Dragon or Matador. I use Suros almost religiously even when it was one of the worst guns out there. And now all primaries feel nearly balanced and people actually use them. If you think that's bad...you're part of the problem.
