Hahahahahahaahhahaa I'm beginning to think this whole balance thing is just a joke... They nerfed the worst super in the game, and left Hammer of Sol (pretty much Bladedancer on steroids) untouched....
In all seriousness though...
Let's just have a moment of silence for Bladedancer....
Edit: Well this post really blew up... I'm trying to respond to most of the comments!
Edit: A lot of people saying Hammer of Sol is just as bad as Arc Blade.... Not trying to start a class war because at this point I don't even care, but that's simply not true in the slightest. All the advantages of HoS: Better mobility, has a ranged attack, better at close range (Suncharge OHKs Blade but Blade (a "melee-based" super, also a single thrown Hammer kills a Blade...) takes 2 swipes to kill a Hammer), and has more armor. Again, I'm not trying to start a class war, I'm just clearing this up because I had to explain this to at least 3 people and that number will only go up. I just played a round where we were neck and neck & the two blade dancers were playing hard and damn well too. I guess it just depends on the user.

It's a very slight nerf if anything. Play smarter and it wont effect you anyway pansies. Honestly this player base man.

Bungie doesn't know how to balance PVP because they are all really bad at PVP. Sure they developed the game and for that I am grateful..but lets face it..every time you see any of them play PVP on stream they are god awful. All they know is how to look at the "charts and statistics" and then nerf/buff based on that. Nerfing blade even further just proves that. Not even addressing Hawkmoon just proves that. Im sure they account for what youtubers recommend and the "community" recommends...but it seems like every update they still just dont get it..Hopefully this update proves me wrong and crucible is "balanced" however just based off what they released I'm very disappointed.

Bungie doesn't know how to balance and archetype or multiple classes. I'm sure a real developer created the original classes and bungie took the wheel and drove off the bridge saying "it seemed fair".

11 RisposteArc Blade is able to quickly 2hit other supers, AND regenerate health. It needed a nerf. Cry about it. 😂

I wouldn't call it a nerf. I'd say it's a buff, because now arc blade is better at wiping up entire points. You get a chunk of health back instead of regen. Hell yeah, dude. I might use my hunter again just to use blade like that. I personally could clear off a point when I hear that arc blade noise.

The bladedancer nerf was about as stupid as the gunslinger nerf before. No reasoning behind it other than a dev at bungie wanted to do it. They didn't even have statistics backing that up.
