So I know a lot was said about SBMM when it was introduced but to be honest I haven't kept up with the game much. I go on binges where I'll play nothing else for a week or two then I get burnt out.
But I'm in the middle of a Destiny binge now and I'm finding that I can't really seem to find my niche in the pvp. I've never been much of a pvp player. I'm def not very good in pvp. But with the SBMM I'm finding that I'm constantly bouncing around between two extremes. I'll have two or three games where I just tear it up. 20+ kills; 2+ k/d. Which believe me, for me this is a *blam-ing insane game. It's like everyone on the other team is just jumping in front of my gun.
Then I go to the next game and the entire other team is 400 light. Rocking the pulse rifle, matador, storm caller trifecta. And I get steamrolled for five or six games until I get bounced back to the baby leagues.
So my question is, does anyone else feel like a middle of the road player that can never really get in with people your own speed? I mean I like the idea of SBMM. For people like me that aren't hard-core players it would be cool to go up against people that aren't terrible but not getting constantly destroyed either. I feel bad for the people I'm playing when I'm wrecking it. And it's def no fun to get destroyed for several games in a row.
Maybe it's just me. Idk. Just my thoughts on it.

Modificato da NYDIBS: 1/31/2017 11:29:05 PMYes, sbmm is trash It's probably unsure what tier to put you in since you haven't played in a while I moved over to Xbox so have a new acct, it's ridiculous, after averaging a 3.0 k/d for a couple of days it immediately put me in a high tier group Now im playing laggy 1.7 - 2.0 k/d players who aren't great, but shots do not register against them and they shoot ridiculously fast. No matter how fast I pull the trigger, my guns do not shoot at that speed I dropped from a 1.9 to a 1.5 in one afternoon of playing crucible, so whoever says sbmm doesn't exist is full of shit

That's not SBMM, but the lack of it. It's mostly connection based, now, so games vary wildly.

2 RisposteMy experience is the same, i think it has something to do with this garbage damage referee system they implemented that basically makes it impossible for you to not have a 50/50 pvp experience, it sucks ass.
