Not how the bung works sadly. If I remember correctly didn't they say they wanted to change the meta? Bung is always about the nerf just take a look at their past performance...
The grasp never needs a nerf because it's damn near impossible to get a good roll.

Maybe they'll buff auto rifles to then nerf them again... Maybe buff fusion rifles for once. Unnerf what they did to high impact pulses. They haven't gotten it right in 3yrs so for this balancing to be good bung would need devine intervention.
