How come there is only 3 guns in the entire game that are viable. Clever Dragon, Blind Perdition, and Palindrome. I'm tired of getting killed by these exact 3 weapons and the players that use them claim to be "good at the game" I'm tired of seeing the same weapons used in the crucible because they are so blatantly overpowered compared to other weapons. Anyone else have any say on this?
Edit: I'm not saying the weapons should be nerfed. I'm saying other weapons need to be put up to their competitive standard.

4 RisposteI use: - hopscotch pilgrim - colovances duty - palindrome - distant star - PDX 41 - treads upon stars - grasp I have a clever dragon but don't use it. Palindrome is used so much because it's one of the only HC that doesn't seem like you're firing ghost bullets.

Because one load out always rises to the top. Everytime. No fail. After every weapon balance
-
4 RisposteYou forgot Eyasluna, Matador 64 and Party Crasher

There not OP other primaries just suck. For example red death it takes three shots to kill u. The dragon takes three shots as well. Differance i can get three shots off with the dragon first i win
-
Dragon, Perdition, and Palindrome are fine. The problem is that other primary weapons keep getting the crap nerfed out of them.

I never see Blind Perdition Clever Dragon is basically just a High ROF auto rifle before they got nerfed to death. Palindrome just doesn't seem to suffer from Ghost Bullet syndrome as much. imo they aren't overpowered, and I find them easy to counter. (Use a high impact scout and a sidearm)

Long gone.
-
I love auto rifles but these days its a bag of trash, because pulse rifles like clever dragon and palindrome are so OP and dominating PVP.
-
Theres a fourth... matador

13 RisposteIt's because people just cannot accept responsibility for a death. Whenever this toxic minority of self entitled players die, they cry out "The weapon that killed me is overpowered It needs to be nerfed!" These people need to shut up, take their ass kicking and move on.

Only clever Dragon is op, and even then only with high caliber...

Yeah, disagree with you. You are making the classic argument all guns should be viable. Hundreds of guns equally viable? Not possible. I posit weapons diversity means that the weapons are available to all players. Back to the first point... you can either have a few great guns or you can have a ton of mediocre ones. You can't have it both ways. Having hundreds of basically bland weapons with similar stats is not diversity in this guardian's opinion. Having a few really good guns that are actually very different in abilities is true diversity. To your point about the same guns killing you? Any chance you're putting yourself in the same place every time? Not saying that's it for you, but that's the way it works for me.

Im tired of whiney nerf herders crying about the lack of weapon diversity wehen their crys for nerf put use here in the first place

Notice how the only good exotic weapons in crucible at the moment are heavy like truth and Gjallerhorn etc
