I think they purposefully botched it so they can say "See, community. We were [i]right[/i] and you were [i]wrong[/i]." Because, in theory, this should not happen with connections being the top priority.

Wouldn't be surprised. Makes me wonder sometimes, as if connections were priority, we would not be experiencing the red bars.
