You make it sound like destiny is a competitive game. Besides it takes a long process to ban someone it's not an instant 1 or 2 day thing, not mentioning how many false reports are sent due to people being butthurt over someone.
More over, the community has a part of blame in this.

I mean, it's called 'competitive multiplayer' for a reason... and it's trials. The point of trials is to be competitive. And please, teabagging is nothing. You can't really pour more fuel onto the fire if two thirds of the forest is already burned down (two people already booted for no reason). So, at that point, why not?
