Hard light: it's a fun gun, but you can never really utilize the no damage fall off because of its firing pattern, so I was thinking that they could add persistence to the gun to help it with its bad stability.
Red death: it has a rather simple exotic perk, but the overall perks it has are kind of bad, so maybe they could add reactive reload to the exotic perk to make the gun more reliable after a kill is done, it would also make it a better choice in pve.
First curse: it has a good exotic perk...but it's reload speed is awful, maybe just buff the reload to make it better?
Suros Regime: probably one of the best exotics overall just because of stats and the exotic perk, but being an auto it suffers far too greatly because of the damage fall off, so I was thinking that they could change hammer forged to range finder.
No time to explain: it's perk is good but it just feels under whelming, they should make it so that body shots have a CHANCE to return bullets to the magazine.
Monte Carlo: it's exotic perk is underwhelming but it's stats are good, they could make it so that grenade energy recharges faster while you hit enemies with bullets, but it shouldn't full recharge your grenade on kill like it does melee.
Super good advice: this gun sucks even more after they nerfed it, return it's missing a shot has a chance to return the bullet WITHOUT taking ammo from the reserves.
Fourth horseman: it's the lowest ranged shotgun in the game and its atrocious to use in PvP, but fun as hell, so they should give it an overall higher impact stat.

I'd also add on to its Exotic perk the ability to make the bullets ricochet up to at least 3 times, and with each bounce, the bullets gain a 5-10% damage bonus. [b]Red Death's[/b] Exotic perk should have the additional effect of increasing rate of fire or damage when critically wounded. To keep with [b]Monte Carlo's[/b] theme, the Exotic perk should have the additional effect (or they could make it a separate perk) of allowing melee kills to refill the magazine, and grant Monte Carlo a damage bonus. [b]Hawkmoon[/b] could have an additional ability where kills with a Luck in the Chamber or Holding Aces bullet makes the enemy explode in a burst of light with some glowing white feathers that either blind nearby enemies, or explode and deal damage in an area.

3 RisposteThey need to up the stability for red death cause getting precision shots with it is difficult to get especially with all the high caliber clever dragons on the loose especially since the slower fire rate pulse rifles reward a skilled hand and punish those who don't land all the critical shots

Red Death just needs to be Hawksaw archetype. The First Curse needs to be able to two-shot. If it could do that it would make every other stat fine. Monte Carlo is in a pretty good place, but maybe to make it a little more viable it could recharge just grenades with a chance of fully charging melee.

2 Rispostepersistence sounds awesome on hard light honestly. I'd use that over spray and play or glass half full any day, but counterbalance with an internal rodeo or perfect balance in the exotic perk would be nice.
