At maximum the clan will have 3 raid teams running at one time if all 18 people are on. So to join this game and have a chance to be one of the first invited people to "The phase" you need to be 1) 17 years or older. 2) 390 plus light 3) have a really good understanding of the raid and a very well rounded player. 4) have all 3 types of characters.
