Should Xűr sell exotic shards again?
I'm low on shards so I made this to maybe have it happen...
Edit1: if you're just going to come in here and tell me about the kiosk thing then don't say anything about it. My point is that Xűr sold them for 7 strange coins but decided to stop, hopefully he gets them back in stock.

1 RispondiIf you have resources but not enough exotic shards, go buy an exotic heavy that you own for 1 shard and some glimmer. Then level it up with like 8 notes of light and dismantle it without actually adding materials to really level it up and you will get 2 exotic shards. Rinse and repeat until you have enough or till you run out of stuff to keep repeating.

4 RisposteI just bought this game in May. I love the hell out of it. I don't have a ton of old exotics to shard up. With the exotics being one of the only ways to get past 365, I am quickly running out of shards to infuse into some of my well loved exotics. If he sold them, that would be awesome!!

He sort of is. For example both the Warlock Helm and the Thunderlord he is selling are at higher light than the ones I have. So I'm going to buy both and 'shard' my leveled ones!

I wish we could trade for coins or use shards for rep, I have 136 shards doing nothing.

Folks....everyone knows the Truth/mote method. The problem is it is annoying and a waste of 5 minutes. Thank god I have hundreds of ether seeds, or I'd have a real glimmer problem.

27 RisposteBuy a dragonsbreath and activate a heavy telemetry module. It takes 6 motes to max it out (don't pay to close the circles; it is not required). Dismantle and get two shards and 2-3 motes back as well as some glimmer. End result: 1 shard becomes 2. The cost: 3-4 motes and a couple grand in glimmer. When I needed shards, I would wait until I had near the cap for glimmer and do 9 or 10 dragonsbreaths at a time on the same heavy telemetry module; I have over 500 exotic shards right now and have used hundreds since RoI dropped! If you also have a class item for faster upgrades of rocket launchers, then the cost is only 5 motes with a heavy telemetry module... Fast and easy and about the only thing in this game worth spending glimmer on besides heavy synths IMO... Good Luck Guardian!

He does!. Buy 1 armor pieice and delete that armor. One exotic shard ready for use.

What you do is, buy an exotic heavy from the kiosk , pop telemetry and wear the proper class item. Pop minimal motes of light, then shard it You get two exotic shards. One to buy another from the kiosk and the other to do whatever you want.
