Anyone notice raid requirement posts dont apply to the host? Lol
Everytime i see a a post saying 370+ the fireteam leader is always below that lol

i always ask for people right by my light level with experience with raids. also i ask people to be mature and professional for fewer mistakes and a better experience, but sometimes ill go into a raid and help people out too

I love the 370+ and have the emblem. Then I get in with a party of 365s and they are like can you help us finish this we get him to like 20% every time just can kill him.

Definintly Lol, Ive joined maybe 6 random raid teams asking for 365+ and expirence and don't mess up at all. I have the expirence and 365. I join them and all of them are 350s and they don't know what to do. I just leave and laugh.

5 RisposteIt's scrubs that talk a big game that need to be carried that do this. I prefer running the raid with chill groups that don't whine just because you have to wipe several times or some players don't instantaneously know the mechanics at every stage. I mentioned in another post..................many have lost sight of what gaming has always been about: entertainment and just having fun. Too many tryhards need to take a break and go outside for once.

12 RisposteMy raid rules have always been the same: 1- if your a dick to anyone for no reason your booted 2- if you rage for no reason, your booted 3- have fun, be helpful and be chill 4- if your having issues just say it cuz we can't help you if you stay quiet and just keep failing.

I saw one 370+ have experience. Person was 354 and had never completed a raid of any kind.

That's why whenever I post to get people I never ask for above the lowest light of any one person who's in the fireteam already.
