Anyone notice raid requirement posts dont apply to the host? Lol
Everytime i see a a post saying 370+ the fireteam leader is always below that lol

Light doesn't matter really but it takes skill. Today our group was good we almost took him out in 3 damage phases instead of 5 but we were just 370. To do it I'd say 360 but good or 365 and average

I joined a fireteam "Level 360+ must have mic, no kids." I shot them a message I joined the game a minute later, everyone on the team was below 350, 2 of them didn't have a mic, all of them were kids that couldn't be older than 10. I doubt lfg sometimes.

I've got no problems with it within reason, if the guy is willing to step up take the time go through the message spam and make the fireteam. If the guy is making completely obnoxious requirements and he himself is clueless then screw him.
