Small arms makes Special & Heavy weapons only do 1/3rd of their normal damage. A burn makes a weapon do 2x normal damage. So yeah, do the math if you want. Or better yet, just test it ingame, no math needed. Edit: I didn't take Airborne into account. So it still melts if you're in the air when your rockets hit. Don't forget about Raze Lighter too.
