GOTTA SAY IT, I'M LIKING RISE OF IRON.
Post your views below, yes the story was to short, and pushing other minor defects aside, I feel the writing and design were both much better, and the new enemy feels that slight bit more of a competition.

Digging it, overall. I like the book thing. Kinda want them to go back and make books for year 1. Maybe if they bring the old raids forward we'll see that. Attn live team!

1 RispondiAt TTK's launch it felt like a DLC that would last a year, and it did. I only just finished the last quest 3 weeks ago. But now in RoI I finished the quests in the first day. I know it only just came out, but I liked how in TTK it pretty much flooded you with quests. But don't get me wrong, I am loving RoI. I'm just hoping there will be a lot more added later on.

I'm certainly enjoying it. The theme feels very different. I think I still prefer TTK though.

The taken king had better story but making public events relevant is a improvement and the quests are less of a pain compared to the taken king quests. Some parts with lord Saladin seem cheesy but the game play is ultra fun and the quests are less of a pain. I like the plague lands alot better then the dreadnaught. Patrol is a challenge if you go afk you will die by enemies. I like how the enemies feel like a challenge in patrol. The crucible maps are better except for the last exit map. Im sick of seeing taken i was in a 320 strike playlist and i got malok and the taken and it was a pain. NO more taken i dont want to see them every again!! overall its a great dlc but nerfing thorn and snipers was a bad decision in some ways. destiny has never been known for story but they could improve in a more dynamic story that does not seem like a childrens book. The ability to choose between armor and weapons is a huge improvement also!!! we just need more inventory on the weapons we carry and our main inventory.

I have been on Destiny since beta, and I honestly haven't played in probably 6 months because of the lack of content. I preordered this DLC because I love Iron Banner and it seemed pretty decent from the trailers. (Also, the Ghallorhorn... lol) I didn't come in with high hopes though, I have been pretty disappointed with the previous DLCs but Rise Of Iron has been pretty good so far. I like what they did with the "book," and the new PVP mode is super fun even for someone who isn't immaculately good at PVPing. I gotta give Bungie kudos on this one. 👍 I'm excited for the raid and I hope someone figures out how to get that SIVA pulse rifle soon, because I have a mighty need. [spoiler]I have a feeling we're going to be fighting SIVA versions of the Iron Lords in the raid, just a theory... could be wrong.[/spoiler]

Got complete Iron Lord set. Beyond worth it. Titan with all ornaments activated is incredible. Got the white and gold gjallarwing. 350 light. Nemesis star. Shinobu gauntlets. 2 Gjallarhorns. Young wolf's howl (the BEST defensive sword ever. If it's not solar attack it only drains by 1 a second.) Grinding Omnigul is slow but worth it. You can get very close to 365.

I can't say for certain until I play the raid, but it's been very underwhelming so far. Also supremacy is the worst thing I've ever played online. Awful mode revolving around an awful meta played on awful maps. Bungie should be ashamed.

Its definitely fun but the new levelling system is trash. Every time I run something I pick up multiple blue engrams and it makes me want to blow my -blam!-ing head off. Woo 3 more items at 340 that's so awesome.

4 RisposteI like it but a few things.. it was small, really small in regard to quests, exotics and especially cinematics.. maybe there is more cinematic and story to be told with the raid but I feel like they took a step back again in actually telling the story. It's been fun, I'd the raid is as epic as it looks then yeah...epic.

It's great that now, finally I can explore areas that previously were walled off by invisible shenanigans. The fact that I spent HOURS just wandering around with a sincere feeling of both excitement and curiosity as I found a great and vast space to look around. Thanks and more of this Bungie with LOTS of little secrets and hidden spaces as well as quests/ missions.
