Moments of Triumph Glitch(?)
I previously completed all the MoT quests, like getting the sword from crucible boy and completing the raid.
However I was able to pull some of these quests back out of the unfinished quest machine. And so even though I'm sitting here holding the Shaxx sword, the Moments of Truth tracker says I haven't finished it. Even if I delete the quest out of my active quest inventory.

Checking your progress screen you're missing four Calcified Fragments (ToM only requires 45, the Moments requires all 50), and your grimoire says you have none of the Exotic Swords.

3 RisposteYou need to upgrade one the swords and complete the quest. The MoT is granted for the exotic swords which checking your cards your haven't got yet.

1 RispondiHello x Morian x, You need to pick up the book on your guardian and go to your inventory then interact with the book and click on all the yellow circles with the exclamation points to complete the Moment of Triumph.
