Unfortunately, as long as Activision is still in that contract with Sony, Bungie is still going to have to have some timed exclusives. That being said, compared to other Activision-published games, Bungie's timed exclusives stay exclusive for an excessively long time.

Take that frustration to Xbox. PlayStation invested hard in this game, from the beginning, and has created a new partnership with Activision. Xbox screwed over Bungie with Halo, this time around they want to eat the bread without milling the grain, so to speak. Microsoft has decided Destiny isn't worth it, you're lucky it's not a PS Exclusive.

Tru Vanilla/beta players will always remember the BS of the first year and its cut content placed as DLC including game story changes and cut cinematics. I PERSONALLY see your point sadly many people still wanna just feel superior in just saying. "Well microsoft didnt pay for the exclusives, sony did" well yes tru but from your point this leaves a window open for more lies and unkept promises. Which in truth started at the release of Destiny with its other Door open in which all the in game content was kept from its consumer. Later with the players suffering with more micro payments just because bungies greed wanted to keep their own employee from his shares costing them ovee 10 mil if i rem correct which impact the players if you guys dont understand how accounting works. In truth and fact the players wont do anything, they will mindless pay and play and repeat. Bungie counts on it. This way they can push short dlcs with little missions with little additives and once people get tired/bored then therez PVP to shove down your troat. Anybody wanting more should just never Pre Order Ever. Gallerhorn carrot is enough if you dont see through the facade. All im sayin is yes what they have done to xbox sucks, yes ps payed more,,,,, but the room it leaves open for bungie to treat its community however they want its just not good. Want to be part of the solution and not the problem? *****Do not preorder EVER. It is buying an unfinished product that untill it releases leaves then all the space to say "okay, well we met sales we can cut this and place it on DLC." ***** which in if you think they wouldnt do that then you have no idea what business even is. The exclusives are not that great. Echo chamber is tedious unless you are farming for an imago, all of the sublime engram gear looks ugly except for the jovian guard set and the jade rabbit is not that special. I came from ps4 not missing much folks.
