What are your Hard Raid qualifications?
Just curious, and be honest about it. I've seen some craziness when it comes to getting put into a raid, especially on Hard mode. What is the bare minimum that you or your team have as a requirement to play? Even if it's a total dick list of requirements I wanna hear em'!

Last weeks hard raid took less than 45 minutes with an LFG team and we only had one wipe when the gaze holder at golgoroth has his cat jump on him so he got killed. Seriously knowing what you are doing is easy. YouTube has had guides up for 10 months on how to do it. And if you aren't 320+ light at this point, I don't know what to say. 335 gear is thrown out like candy. Pve LFG isn't elitist for asking that you know what you are doing and have a mic. You want to see some insane LFG elitism. Go on LFG on a Friday night and look at the trials groups. People don't care if you have a flawless emblems. They search your ELO, KD, KDA, win streak, how many times you have gone flawless etc. Seriously I have a positive trials KD. And 6-8 flawless passages under my belt and people are outright abusive because I don't have an 1800+ ELO.

If you are a random be around 315 (hard mode) light, and don't be an ass. If you don't know what you are doing, be honest, and I will teach you, also, have a mic, or at the very least be able to hear, and listen. I am not super picky, I am more concerned with the people I am playing with not being idiots, than being geared up.

Know what your doing or be willing to learn. Pretty simple really. And I guess be at, above, or just below the recommended light. That's about it.

The only requirements we have in my clan that is comprised of a the100.io group is listening and be at least min light level. My group has done it enough times that we can easily adapt to 1-2 going down during most portions of the raid. I would recommend joining the100. I have never used lfg and wouldn't. We usually have multiple games set up. Raids, trials, trials practice and so on.

1) A good Sniper (310+ Attack with either high Impact or damn good perks) 2) A good MG (310+ and not High RoF, unless it's SGA) 3) Communication (have a mic, listen to your team, follow instructions well) 4) At least 1 Normal completion (every CP, not just Oryx) 5) Light Level 300+ for Fresh, 305+ for Golg and Daughters, 310+ for Oryx (basically, don't let your LL be the reason you are getting your tail kicked)

These requirements work fairly well. While I'm here, I don't understand people who complain about posts like mine. Just find another post, it's extremely easy, if not play strikes and PoE and find some cool dudes.

325+ and know what to do. Want a quick fun run. This usually works for me, most of the time it's experienced raiders on alt characters they don't normally play on, even had some guardians create a new account as they are done with everything on their main. Even had some noobs chance there luck, I never check raid completions, and to be fair you wouldn't have guessed it until they great fully tell you at the end. We usually give them shit for all of 2 secs, then run again on our alts. Good players are out there if you just have "patience and time".

Must be able to shoot stuff accurately and at least 290 light. 300 for hard mode. Basically, don't be a potato and we'll make it through.
