Buff THE ONLY Thorn counter
As Bungo has made the ludicrous decision to bring Thorn back can we please have the Red Death buffed back to pre December 2015 power so we can have a weapon to counter the Destiny plaugue that is Thorn!

2 RispostePlease. Thorn has been nerfed and is nothing like it was at its height. I expect it will not change from its current state and will only be brought in line with current damage. So if you get killed by it you surely deserve it.

2 RisposteThey are making an artifact to specifically counter this. It will also keep you safer from smoke grenades and most solar powers. Pretty good deal in all.

1 RispondiThorn is not even a threat anymore. Especially with the new Artifacts coming in Rise of Iron, one of which reduces the effect/damage of all DoT perks. Derp.

2 RisposteI never got why people freaked over thorn... any decent scout can drop a.thron user before they get close enough for hardnhits on you, keep them at length and you'll survive any burn. The Scholar was my go-to anti-thorn, back in the way back when last year. I got hated on a lot for using that weapon against the rosebushes everywhere, lol.

Because they take 3 bursts to kill and high fire rate pulses take 3 burts as well which can obviously land faster. They could increase the damage but that could change things the other way around. So its difficult to change.

Thorn is fine and loses like every other hand cannon at long and close range. Like it's suppose to be.

There are so many bigger problems than thorn and so many better guns. In year one I was more worried about pre Nerf hawkmoon and the last word. I can blast any bandwagon Thorn user with a fusion gun now. My year one Fulcrum can knock off a thorn lol. Just hand cannons in general, (of course, of course, we all know any Noob can still run into The Crucible with a newly acquired tlw and get guaranteed kills....meh, we live with that) but they're just not as menacing as they were in year 1.

Now Thorn is so weak you don't even need to have a counter. Each poison stack only does a total of [b]4 damage[/b]. Besides Bungie is releasing a hard counter to Thorn in RoI via an artifact that drastically reduces all DoT effects.
