Obviously this thread will get riddled with people showing they don't but if you randomly look at at someone's profile you will notice they play best on their Hunter more often than not. I understand that Hunters have to best collective k/d in the game as a whole and most of the best pvpers prefer a Hunter but why is that?

My best K/D is on my Warlock so...
-
because hunters are complete cheese in pvp with all of their great abilities
-
Hunter for golden gun...bladedancer for QuickDraw n super...nightstalker for hunted, shadestep, wombo combo... But really I think that's from year 1 mostly...my warlock has been improving while my hunter n Titan have been a little down...prob cause I don't play much on my Titan recently but Titan is really good atm...

About to get flamed here, but it's simple. Hunters have the best neutral game in destiny. The other two classes are rewarded higher for super usage. But with perks like faster sprint, faster gun swap, and with bow hunters, dual grenade, the almighty tracking, and shade step, and the ability to shut supers down, they have the best neutral game. Mida/RDM or Mida/Graviton, and you have the most optimum setup at any stage of the game.
-
Cause hunters are really easy to play
-
My Warlock has the best k/d of my 3... So who knows. It's my least fav to play too...
-
Not me I think my hunter has the worst k/d.
-
Main a hunter. Do better in crucible with my warlock. It's easy mode for me at least.
-
Simple, hunters are forced to play careful and sneaky. Titans and warlock are influenced to play more reckless. It's all about the perks that's dictate this. Hunter blinking is a class too get in there, get the kill and get out or you Are dead. Void, shading to safety. Gunslinger well, if you are not using bones then you are probably keeping you distance or hoping for a slide shotty kill of your sniping.
-
Better on my warlock than the other two.
-
They are all the same but I'm better in pvp with my Titan than my Hunter
-
For me i made my Hunter last of the three, so it will have a better overall because i play it less and have gotten much better compared to when i was playing only titan in the beginning of destiny
-
K/D is better on my Titan than my Hunter and I only had one match with my Warlock so it's not quite definitive
-
Good question but I have no idea. Possibly, and this is just spit balling so save the salt, because I assume the younger destiny players main hunters and also are more likely to play better and with a fireteam.
-
I have all three but hunter will always be better on my hunter, I'm one of those people you talk about

2 RisposteWell there are multiple reasons of course. 1.) Hunter's were the most overpowered character's in vanilla. Blade dancer especially. So many people started out with Hunter's, I believe the ratio was close to 36% Hunter's, 33% warlocks, and 31% Titans. (That's around what they were, my stats aren't 100% correct because this is just memory from watching vids a couple years ago) 2.) Hunter's have a class specific perk that is commonly used in the most popular FPS game in the world, Call of Duty. The perk, known as QuickDraw, is very handy and really makes a difference in a gun fight, and is particularly useful to a sniper, so one may body shot and quickly finish you off with a primary. With it being extremely useful and class specific, it's hard to get use to not using it lol 3.) Hunter's are the only class with all roaming supers, which is what many people prefer due to the probability of scoring multi kills is higher because you have more time with the super and can hunt more players. 4.) Most streamers use a hunter when they stream, and when hundreds and thousands of people watch professional players, they tend to use their setups because they think it'll make them better. (Like with TLW, I honestly don't believe it would be near as popular if streamers didn't exist) 5.) Lastly, you have the people who honestly just prefer the Hunter :)

Because I main a hunter and its the class I used the most while learning the pvp ropes? As opposed to my warlock, which is what I used when I first started this game and hope relatively no online shooter experience.
-
Because Hunters are EZ mode... Which class had two roaming supers in year 1? Take a wild guess.
-
titan hunter warlock
-
Because I never did any Mentor Missive bounties or Crucible quests on my Hunter. Did them all on my Titan and Warlock and will never have a positive KD on them.

Modificato da TheSolidChrome: 7/29/2016 6:57:05 PMA good player can play very well with every class. Though Hunters have some perks that give you a little edge in the crucible.
-
Hunters have the best evasive capabilities and are the easiest to learn the abilities. On my lvl 25 warlock I have a 2.2 but on my others I have a 1.4-1.5..I'd probably be highest on hunter if I restarted them all though.
-
It depends on who they main. I main a Hunter, so of course it'll have a better K/D then my Titan and Warlock. But I don't like to talk about my Warlock... it sucks...
-
um don't know about that
check me
-
The neutral game perks
-
I dont, my warlock has a 1.4, hunter 1.1 and titan 1.2 i think. I main a warlock, hence the higher kd, and i just dont like playing the other two.
