The second amendment needs to be repealed
The only propose of a gun is to kill. That is what it was designed to do. that is what people use them to do. Why should you have the right to kill someone? What gives you right decide when someone lives and when someone dies? People can protect themselves without guns. There are non lethal ways of neutralizing and attacker. IE : tasers and pepper spray.
After the Australian gun ban gun related felonies dropped and so did overall crime rate after and small spike. Does Australia violate human rights and oppress its people?

Guns do not kill people but any one with a gun can. We cannot remove crazy people but we can get rid of guns. Although background check do help they are not always done properly or at all.
I am open to have an intelligent conversation but please stay respectfully of other peoples opinions.

In theory, yes. But real life is not a theory. Guns could still be obtained through a variety of methods. The only way what you're asking for could happen is every gun in the world was incinerated, and I think we both know that isn't going to happen. Honestly, I think it shouldn't be discouraged to not own a gun. Better and continuous background checks are a necessity in my opinion. But I think more people ought to carry. The majority don't get a gun for malevolent use. Which would almost indubitably result in more people that could defend themselves. That would lower crime rate, because I can't imagine there are too many criminals that want to mess with anyone in a city where everyone owns a sidearm.

Then you should tell the government to abolish all there weapons. Along with every country in the world. Of course no one will and you know why. Because of evil men with evil intentions. That's when you need good men to put these evil men in there place.
