Chatterwhite drop rate
So I have done VoG on Hard a few times, and Normal a couple and still haven't gotten Chatterwhite. I thought it was a guaranteed drop, is it not? Or is there something I may be doing wrong?
Edit: I have completed the raid on Normal on my Titan (to be sure I check DestinyStatus and it does say I have 1 completion on that character) and from what I can gather, hard doesn't drop it. But that doesn't explain why I didn't get it on Normal the first time if it is guaranteed which is odd. But oh well.. I guess I'll have to go back. If you doubt my competence you can check my profile on DestinyStatus as well.

2 RisposteYou know, I don't know what it is now. In vanilla, it used to drop every time. You knew the real badasses in the tower were the all white guardians. After awhile, people got tired of seeing a chatterwhite drop instead of a vex or VoC. I don't know if bungie changed that.

I got it yesterday from normal VoG and it was my first time running it since you were able to push the Templar off. Think it was also the first time that character had run it. Good luck.

6 RisposteModificato da ATP: 7/13/2016 10:09:29 PMChatterwhite is not guaranteed, but to my knowledge it is a Normal Mode exclusive. EDIT: Apparently it can drop from Hard Mode, I've just never gotten nor seen anyone get it from that.

Ahh Chatterwhite. I've forgotten about that shader. I'm going to have to get it back out.

It's random. But it only drops at atheon so if you have more than one character just transfer the cp. You can also try having a raid weapon/gear equipped maybe it's like the crota necro drop.

It's RNG. Just hope you get it. Crota's End shader and emblem are guaranteed.

It's a guaranteed normal mode only drop. If shader slots are all full it may glitch out and you may not get it.

1 RispondiTry grinding out 3 duplicate classes and rotating 1 to 2 fresh characters to power level to 20 every week to try and get that friggin helmet to be lvl 30. Pushin that vaginal fart Atheon off his platform. #forever29 I had a dude grind out 8 characters and run VOG for like 3 months before a fatebringer dropped. Back when you got maybe 2 exotics a month unless you xurned them....which everyone did and then came on here to chastise others for it....or ran ridiculously tedious questlines if you powered through enough bounties to proc an exotic quest.
