When using fatebringer and vision of counfluence was the best for strikes, night falls, and raids. That feeling after beating a certain boss and waiting to get a drop instead of running up to engrams (not to say engrams are fun to run up to) but just looking at the left side of the screen to see the drops always had me excited to get that one weapon or body armor. Gosh I miss those days

1 RispondiI do. Like I thought it allowed more diversity in the secondary and heavy choices. Cause when I had my vision of confluence I didn't have to worry about equipping anymore solar weapons and I could use other weapons of my preference with different burns. Then I could have 3 of each kind of burn now, two is the only option and its annoying me to buggary

3 RisposteJust the morons I think.

11 RisposteI wish there was an exotic primary for each element. With only the Zhalo right now, it seems kind of unfair to the other elements. I will say, I did not enjoy the elemental primary elitists, and still don't. When Arc burn is a modifier in an event, the number of players using supercell is actually kind of funny. Have you heard of the players that get badmouthed because they aren't using Zhalo for an Arc burn modifier?
-
I do, it was a lot of fun when there was a burn. Don't need them, but is was a great reason to mix it up. I personally used way more weapons in year 1.
-
Miss using the VoC. By far my favorite scout rifle ever in the game. Also mourn the loss of using my void Messenger which is rusting in pieces (RIP) in my vault :(
-
3 RisposteApart from three Nightfall runs per week (providing a Burn Modifier was active) and fighting one enemy Class of each Race (Captains, Wizards, Minotaurs and Centurions) what benefit did Elemental Primaries provide? Let's take Fatebringer for example, regarded as the best Primary in Year One. Arc Burn had no benefit in the Vault of Glass, Crota's End, PoE for the most part, ROC/Dragon Strikes, PvP, Patrolling or fighting Hive, Vex, Cabal in general as well as the classes of Fallen who are not Captains (Dregs, Shanks, Servitors Vandals).

1 RispondiHonestly I really don't miss the burns. I just miss the god roll perks and how amazing the weapons used to feel.
-
I do miss them, they where great to use in Heroic/nightfall strikes. And also for some other things. But I get the problem they became in Year 1. Only certain weapons had these elements. Wich made that 99% off all the other great weapons did not get used in PVE. I do hope they bring elements back. But making it a better system. I already saw alot of people discussing this. And I really would love to see this. Make a kind of element package you can buy from by example Xûr. You can add this package to anny weapon you want. Or make it a nightfall tier drop, a raid drop. Something like that. It shouldnt be something you can easely buy. But make it something you have to earn. Maybe something like we had etheric light. But dont make it lighthouse lvl hard to get it :p. Bungie, I hope you bring these things back in the future. And if you do, I'm shure you will have thought about a good way.

I miss primaries with actually decent perks that helped
-
Yup I do idk why they were removed they were only op with activities with a burn like nightfall with arc burn everybody is using fatebringer killing enemies real quick
-
Yes, so much yes.
-
I want the weapons with burn damage back so bad
-
Meh Does really make any difference to me
-
1 RispondiThats weird. Drops always show up on the right for me bro😊
-
I miss the 'uniqueness' of the weapons, the burns gave them.
-
So you miss elemental burns or those two guns along with how loot used to be done?
-
2 RisposteI've seen an idea float around where either xur or the raid will drop a consumable kinda of like chromas where you can infuse your primary with that elemental type. The major problem with elemental primaries according to bungie was they limited everyone's weapon choice, but let's be honest everyone used one primary and that was fatebringer and it wasn't because it had arc burn; the perks and stats is what made it the most used primary. That and the fact hand cannons in year one were really strong. So I say bring them back I loved being able to customize my load out for nightfall
-
16 RisposteDrop burns as a nightfall and Shaxx reward or something you earn through difficult or tedious tasks. It is a powerful modifier so it must be dropped sparingly, so as to keep primaries with burns rare for a while. Adds a necessity to complete the Nightfall and would make all PvE more interesting and fun. Another thing to grind for and add hours to the game.
-
2 RisposteYeah let's make the game even easier lol
-
It wasnt the burns that made them overused, it was the perks. They were perfect weapons, but bungo think it's only cuz of arc, not because of outlaw, hammer forged and firefly on a godly handcannon
-
-
Small arms makes it kinda pointless, except the efficiency in breaking shields haha I personally prefer the rotation of modifiers in place to help keep the content feeling a lil diff and introducing minor variables BUT thats not to say i wouldn't mind a primary burn lol
-
Ah yes, elemental primaries
-
Wtf is a burn? Is this a strike we're talking about or a weapon?
-
4 RisposteThey should just make every primary come with a non standard burn. Like secondaries. Problem solved.
