Ever since DeeJ posted the weekly update saying they're taking events away from last gen, any time any of us last gen players says somethin about it, we get crap from these idiotic next gen players! HEY GUYS! GUESS WHAT?! SOME PEOPLE CAN'T AFFORD TO JUST GO BUY A BRAND SPANKIN NEW CONSOLE! SOME OF US CAN'T EVEN GET JOBS YET! I'm 15 and i can't get a job, so when these next gen brats come in and say get off your a** and get a job, it sets me off. PLEASE STOP WITH THIS CRAP! It's only been a fee hours and im already sick and tired of it.
(Anyone with me??)

Next gen is the next generation so move forward

1 RispondiIf you're really this mad about it, over the past 2 years whilst the ps4 was out you could have easily saved up enough birthday money or asked your parents for one for Christmas or what ever you celebrate.
-
Dude...if you put 15$ away per month for 2 years (since destiny came out) you'd have enough money to buy a next gen console. Thats 50 cents a day Just saying ..there is no excuse. I was working a part time job when I was 15.

Modificato da AhMazeln: 7/2/2016 9:14:41 PMCurrent gen* Get off your ass and get a job. Paper route, Mow lawns there you go. Shut the fvck up, stop making excuses you whiny little child.

You mean you don't WANT a job. You are 15 years old on summer break, you could fairly easily find a job as a dish washer or cashier.
-
I made almost $3k one summer mowing lawns. 3-4 lawns a day/ 6 days a week. That was in the 80's when $10 a lawn was a goldmine....$5 was good. Bought and paid for a riding mower, push mower, weed whacker, and gas. I was 12. What's your excuse?
-
It took me a year of saving to get mine but I made it happen

Do you mean current Gen? Xbox one was released 11/2013. I sure as hell wouldn't call any hardware that was almost 3 years old "next gen".
-
1 RispondiMowing lawns doesn't really have a minimum age limit. Neither does laziness.

Get it right. We are current gen Jenks.

3 RisposteI'm 15 and I made $450 in 3 weeks not even working full days
-
I got my first job when I was 12, putting fliers on doors for my friends lawn mowing company and making 4$ per hour. Min wage was 6.50. At 14 I started working the counter at a fast food restaurant and making 7$ an hour. You can definitely find something at 15.

Ultimately doesn't matter what they think you do you.

How is this pathetic post still at the top of the "new" forum posts?

You should have the money if you have a fee on hours

4 RisposteModificato da jay p: 7/2/2016 4:58:12 PMI got my first job when I was 12. I rode my bike 30 mins to pick cucumbers in the summer heat for 6 hours a day. I don't know if you've ever done that, but cucumbers have little spines, so you have to pick between wearing gloves in 100+ heat or getting thousands of little cuts on your hands. And I got paid $0.25 per basket I filled. You can get a job if you want. It's the summer, there is work available if you want to do it. It seems more like you don't want to work.

Pro tip. Get a Current Gen console.

"Current gen"has been out for the better part of 4 years now. Time to move on

Dude I had a job when I was 15 and saved up for a car. Ik it's hard not to get handouts but you should try.

Modificato da HaDov_Gadol: 7/2/2016 4:48:57 PMLook, there are ways you can make/save money at 15. You just have to put your mind and back into it. Nobody else is going to do it for you. I had my first summer job at 13, and have been working ever since, for the past 26 years.

Publix Hires at 14. Get a job.
