I think they should bring back thorn, how about you guys?

6 RisposteNo. Anyone who says yes either did not play during Thorn's reign of the Crucible or was a contributor to the cancerous era. Thorn will never return to its previous power.

Thorn is significantly more balanced now and with the last word being as powerful as it is I dont see a problem with it being brought to year 2

4 RisposteThorn was the worst thing to ever happen to this universe. I broke seven controllers because of Trials of Thorn... It's a cool weapon sure but display it in a museum and keep it there. If you bring back Thorn then bring back vintage Vex Mythoclast so I can shit on everything you hold dear and I laugh and savagely masturbate at the thought of your tears streaming down my face as you clutch at your thorn saying, "help me thorn" but my Vex Mythoclast makes any gun worthless.

3 RisposteYour crazy and so is bungie bring year one exotics back has ruined the game they should of been more original and made a whole new set of exotics instead of being Nacy's and bringing back the likes of scrubby mida tool its op as ever now its second used weapon in crucible and ib and trials if it makes you move faster than it should fire slower thats my OP. Year ones should stay in year one arnt qe spupposed to get with the times and "Become legend" How do you do thia without forging/finding new and more powerful weapons it shows the real lack of content we're all paying/paid for take ROI for instance every man and his mutt has to litterally buy the gjallarhorn again you bought it you cried your salt for it when it did/didnt drop and now the Bungievision want to sell it back to you because 1. Its an icon and it defined thier game bt you paid for it in destiny vanilla still 2. Its eye candy and they'll change the color for you pre order dollars. Im so angry i spent nearly two years grinding like hell for it only to have it now given to me on a silver platter.

If they do bring it back, they should bring in a piece of gear or consumable that decreases or negates DoT from thorn.

With the universal remote being a sniper I say bring back thorn. Crucible is a joke now. Play trials=team with universal remotes. Play banner=at least 4 using universal remote. Play any crucible =universal remote

Absolutely. Now that it's in a great position balance wise (it does it's job, preventing you from regenerating health) I believe it can be brought forward.

3 RisposteI agree they should bring back Thorn, but instead of DOT have it inflict some sort of status penalty, like a 1-second delay on super, grenade, & melee activation on a hit, or slightly damage super energy, or something. This has to be able to be balanced; we already have grenades and supers that can inflict status penalties.

All they ever had to do was create a chest armor piece that neutralizes the Thorn poison. That way, everyone wins and no one loses the coolest gun in the game.

I'm fine with them bringing it back, but if they do, bring back reforging and add new stuff to the gunsmith so it allows us to counter it better. That and add armor pieces that negate DoT
