I'm sick of playing with handicapped blue berries on my team that can barely drop a 1.0 in the easiest matches. While I am forced to play sweaty people that have a 1.7 and above. Nobody likes it bungie. We're all tired of being your test toys. I'm sick of every match being a sweat fest. Just fix up your game and stop just jerking off to your money. I wanna be able to have fun in crucible without getting matched against a team of 6 storms using thorn and matador.
Also if you enjoy SBMM the 90% of the other people don't. We can't get every person that plays destiny to vote so this is all we got.
The lag makes it worse, I play a match and there are 3 people on the other team red barring. I kill them after a couple of shots then I somehow die 20 seconds later to them. It's ridiculous how lag can make someone better at this game but in other games it makes it worse.

9 RisposteModificato da Sontch: 6/29/2016 8:34:44 PMSBMM provides a fair-ish pvp experience. I haven't played much Destiny pvp but in other team-based games, people beg to be matched by skill. Competition is good, generally. Edit: I support SBMM in a dedicated environment.

2 RisposteWrong. The forums account for a small part of all destiny players and consists mostly of highly skilled players crying about not being able to pub stomp.
-
90% of total destiny players don't go to the forums. Majority of players on forums are hardcore PVE Raiders, hardcore PVP, or some mix of both. Majority of the players voting in these polls you reference are by the hardcore PVP players all with KD above 1.5 usually. The average KD is far below 1.5 and 1.5 puts players in top 10% OF TOTAL POPULATION OF ALL PLAYERS. What does that mean? If the top 10% of PVP players go on forums and they vote then 90% will of course vote that they want SBMM to be removed. Extrapolating biased poll from a biased sample doesn't mean it's accurate much less true.

3 RisposteModificato da Deimos: 6/29/2016 7:16:30 PMWouldn't you be better off with a post that reads: LF5 Sweats with 1,800+ ELO and Grasp of Malok Shoulder Charge Unstoppable to go stomp some blueberries.

Modificato da soundsgood789: 6/29/2016 8:18:34 PMWhy do I keep seeing these idiots saying sbmm is bad cause last night every game I played felt like a tournament , that's how it should be you idiots what the blam do you want people to just lay down while you walk up to them and they say "PLEASE SHOOT ME DESTINY GOD" stfu go back to playing cod if you don't like it here , nobody wants you , watch the door doesn't hit you on the way out , has it not occurred to you tards that other people are getting better at the same time as you , so please stop saying "sweatfest" and "sweatys" and all these other garbage names you make up to make yourself's feel better that wait for it you only went one point over positive in my last game "goes on forums" petition to remove sbmm or what he really means petition to make every game easy for me ........you know who you are just be honest hell I would respect you guys more if you did
-
16 RisposteOh yeah? Well 95.6% of players not on the forums love it. See? I can make up statistics too
-
I hate it especially when no body is on my radar and then BAM! He's in my face and I'm dead before I even realized what happened, but the only way I kill them is with supers or sniper headshots, and I break my thumb pushing the crouch button
-
3 RisposteI love SBMM
-
2 RisposteShut up and adapt. I'm a neg K/D but it sucks man‚ getting matched up with Against True Skill 49 people
-
It's actually 15% that prefer PvP over PvE and I'll bet that all the nerfs brought on by those 15% are the reason you aren't going to persuade the 85% to your cause.

4 RisposteSbmm works well for 90% of the players. It makes matchmaking more difficult for the top 10% of skilled players. 90% of destiny players are totally unaware of sbmm because they don't read these forums. Any player in the lower 90% in skill who blames sbmm for anything has been misled about what it does. You are under the impression that 90% of players oppose sbmm because the top 10% are the noisiest on these forums. But it just ain't so Joe.
-
4 RisposteModificato da Lankee Clipper: 6/29/2016 7:20:11 PMI take it you've completed a poll with a representative sample of the whole player base. Because to say that you know how 90% of players feel without any data to back it up would either make you a pompous loser or a complete idiot. Anyway, since I'm confident that there aren't any losers or idiots in this community, I'll wait here for a link to your statistical analysis of the aforementioned study.
-
36 RisposteAre you sure about your claim of 90%? Please can you show me the question asked and choices of answers? Where did you do your polling? Was it a poll of current players or does it include those no longer playing? Can you also please can you show all the statistics, which obviously will include your margin of errors stats? UNTIL THEN STOP TALKING CRAP!!!
-
9 RisposteSo the people are annoyed because they can't stomp noobs and actually have to try to win in every match? Because that's the message I'm getting. "plz turn off sbmm because I can't pubstomp anymore waaaah".
-
18 RisposteCorrection: 90% of the FORUM community. You have no idea how people who don't go on the forums feel about it.
-
I think it works great. I have played since day one but hate pvp. I haven't even reached rank 4 in Crucible. I went into IB last night and found myself at the top of the leader boards. Last time I played I never did that well. I actually feel excited to pvp because I won't get destroyed.
-
Connection over skill-matchmaking would be great.
-
You can't use a pill down on the forums. Only the ones who feel strongly about the game will be on them, and that will heavily sway the results. You'd have to do an in game poll to actually get a realistic value, because I guarantee 90% is over inflated
-
3 RisposteFor starters your claim that 90% of the community support you is bullshit. One only has to read the comments here to see that. I suspect you just want to raise your K/D by playing against players that you hope are not as good as you. It seems you are not good enough to rumble with the elite.
-
My kd isn't great It's actually just average 1.2-1.3 but I can always hold my own My friends in this game are .5-.6, they aren't great but we all like gaming together They said after I got off the other night, they kept playing and said it was some of the most enjoyable destiny they've played in some time When I play with them I also feel like I need to try to my sweaty sack off just to try and win the match It's just a lose lose for everyone

1 RispondiSo this is the problem that I've noticed with SBMM, maybe I'm the only one, but if skill is the determining factor for matches why do I usually get put in matches where one team or the other is missing a player in 6v6 matches? If skill is what it is based on then to make the match equal shouldn't both team have the same amount of equally skilled players? To me this severely punishes the lacking team to a point where they, more than likely, will be able to beat the other team. Another thing that I've noticed recently is that in 6v6 is that if say 5 players are grouped up, and again there are only 10-11 players in the match, the grouped team always gets the extra man to fill their team, so now not only are they already at an advantage with communication they have the full 6 man team and now the other team is down to 4-5 players, and this happens in the games I play quite frequently. Maybe it's just me, but I doubt it. These problems mentioned above and the aforementioned numerous lag issues are the main problems that I see with this SBMM, before this was implemented if a team was missing a player it wasn't that big of a deal because you might have had a chance if someone on the low player team was of a higher skill, then that could compensate and the match could still go either way. By trying so hard to keep things fair, it is actually making the experience worse, in my opinion. I'm still gonna play Iron Banner this week, but I am dreading it because of these problem and when I play a game I want to have fun win or lose, not white knuckle, sweaty palms, every stinking match. It just loses its appeal. Thanks for reading, hopefully someone at Bungie reads it too.

4 RisposteGet yourself a fireteam and stop complaining, sbmm has a good reason to exist. If you are an average player and get matched against only elite players, just for the connection reason, you'll be smashed every time, get frustrated and lose any reason to continue playing and getting better. Sbmm must be improved, not changed, in my opinion.
-
71 RisposteFor the most part, the only people I see complaining about SBMM are the elites. Their complaint? "I hate SBMM because it makes every match a sweat fest! I just want to relax while I play." Let's interpret that and see what they're really saying. "I hate SBMM because it forces me to earn every win. I just want to be able to mindlessly pubstomp other players, while I relax from a long day."
-
That 90% number is made up Sorry you can no longer brutalize those not as good as you. Must be painful getting beat on by those better than you, I can relate my k/d sucks. But I still have a modicum of fun in pvp Get over it and focus on something real. Like life
-
I know it's sad that you aren't just plowing through scrubs any more. SBMM makes it a challenge and more fun for everybody in the game. The only down side is occasional lag, but I don't see it too often.
