Hey speckster30000, I can see you've completed the normal troubleshooting steps and are still unable to use your Collector's Edition items. Are you also unable to play Destiny: The Taken King at all? I have a question, have you recent upgraded consoles? If so, this is likely why you're experiencing these issues. Destiny: The Taken King is not eligible for the Digital Upgrade Program and items from certain Editions will not move forward with you. If you own it, you may need to contact Sony to make sure the licenses are properly being registered on your account.

Good -blam!-ing luck with that. I had that issue with my ghost edition items and it didn't get sorted for months until one day it just worked out of the blue. I tried contacting bungie, Activision and Sony tho only Sony attempted to sort it out tho they couldn't in the end. Bungie and Activision never even -blam!-ing responded.
